I absolutely hate the latest update to the Galaxy S6. It changed so many things on my phone. I wish there was a way to change it back to the previous update. White screen on the contacts page hurts the eyes and makes it hard to read. When I power my phone off, it open me to put in by passcode. Also it is very slow in powering up and connecting to Wi Fi. Samsung needs to fix this right away.

Not sure who decided on the updates. They must not own this model phone. Not sure I want this phone anymore. Hate the updates.

This latest update is the worst. I dislike virtually everything about it but the very worst of it is I can't keep my battery charged. I have closed all apps and it continues to deplete. Even with max battery saving on which makes the the unit inconvenient, it still continues to steadily discharge. I've lost 20% of the charge just while atte.pting to post this co.ment

Absolute rubbish. I hope Samsung resolve this immediately or I won't be a loyal customer any more. I mean....really...... What were you thinking?

4.17.17 update horrible! Fix ! Can't control background on anything, just white background which is very hard on the eyes. The fonts are weak and hard to read. Even background and Bubbles choices in text message are all very low contrast and white. I am so disappointed!

I absolutely hate the new update...it needs to be fixed. Hate the format of everything. Have to get it uninstalled. Hope techs at Sprint know how.

Really upset with the new update. Certain apps don't work right, things freeze or don't show or play. My notifications aren't working correctly either. After awhile, my sound notifications stop working and I have no idea that someone has messaged me or called. This needs to be fixed asap. A really bad update

My phone updated by itself last night, I woke up to the update finishing off (I clicked nothing as I was asleep). When it finally finished updating the software which I didn't authorize, none of my apps will show on my home screen. Its just a blank screen, in order for me to get any apps open, I have to go through the double app pop up and look for it. Also with my messages, its so stupid that I have to click something else to read the entire message. I'm with the person down below, Ive been very faithful to Samsung since day one but if this doesn't get fixed, I'm switching to Apple.

DEAR SIR,
Last update of Samsung galaxy s6 last month was a disaster for the software of s6. The features of the mobile were not easy to cope with and a number of other features did not work .
PLEASE look into it and hopefully your next update is going to be more sensible .
