This latest firmware update is a Battery KILLER! I cannot even make it through the day with battery saver on! And I don't use social media, not on phone much, very few apps.

This latest update is just dreadful. Are those responsible having a laugh?.How to ruin a smart phone .It just looks shit now .So bland .difficult to make out.stuff that worked and looked cool now dont work and looks crap.Samsung get your act together .This is a joke.

After accepting the update (after system bugged me to death) , now features like Bluetooth don't work and now I read there is no way to undo and reset previous setting? BS

I can't believe how bad the new update is..nothing is remembered. Everything has gone bland so nothing stands out. I can't do anything easily and even predictive text can't predict.

Talked to Samsung, Said no way to uninstall update. UGH. That I should go to their store and get launchers to fix. This is so horrible. All presets are gone and can't see anything on my phone. SUCKS!!!

Updated over night and now my phone is back to factory settings, or worse. Smart functions don't work. Soft keys don't work. Camera feature are gone. Pull down notification bar not working. Just to name a few. Help!!

Effing shocking update, some apps will no longer work, edge screen contacts gone???WTF I lived that option, drag the screen down options look feckin dreadfully, no tourch option on single finger drag down, keyboard layout is want....shockin, DO NOT ACCEPT UPDATE, wish I hadn't.

terrible update. drains battery at 3x the rate, eliminates having your favorite contacts on the text screen, just an overall downgrade. Between exploding phones and bad updates think Samsung wants us all to switch to iphones. SAD!
