If it has 808 or 810, I'm not interested. I'm not buying anything new unless it has a Cortex A72 CPU or better.

I hope it retains the same body as the Nexus5 both smalerer beazels to make it 5.2" screen size, give it 3GB DDR4 RAM and the SD805 with a 1080p LCD IPS+ screen, perfect size and specs together with the 13GB CAM from the G3 would be awesome.

They should use the Snapdragon 820! Or people will just buy the Note 5!

If google really wants to give its nexus line a proper PREMIUM flare, then it should co-operate with Sony, LG devices are good, but 1) their QA is terrible, 2) They don't make 'premium' hardware, they make enthusiast phones.
An Xperia Nexus would be just the shot in the arm that both Sony Mobile and Nexus need.

one thing i don't get. why do people (who don't even make socs) expect something brand new every year? its not like you're coming up with these new ideas or designs. every soc from sd400 and up, coupled with 2gb ram is good enough for any phone.
these are not computers people, they are phones. you know...the phones that people used to talk on 10 years ago?
you want fast processors, get a computer please.
the generation these days.......

Raj, 26 May 2015An 808 for a Flagship? I don't think Google and LG would... morewhy not? 808 is more than enough, especially if you want the nexus phone to be around $350 like it used to be. In fact, I wouldn't mind if they went SD 801, socs are very powerful nowadays, they can run anything smoothly. The LG G4 has a QHD screen with the sd 808 and it runs completely fine.

Raj, 26 May 2015An 808 for a Flagship? I don't think Google and LG would... moreThat's not a mismistake, that's smartness, SD810 has overheating issues, so going for the 808 is a good choice. Now the real mistake will probably the battery. There hasn't ever been a Nexus of LG phone with good battery, I think Google should leave the smartphone market and focus on new Android versions, besides de Huawei Nexus will probably have either a SD810 warmer or their Kirin chipset with shitty CPU and outdated GPU, so both phones will probably be bad, if u want stock experience like Nexus go for a Motorola
