Well I use note4. Why the hell would I spend R13000 on a phone like s6edge. Its a wast. Imm very dissapointed with Samsung as they are copping iphone 6 trends.

yeah.. Pump in more such news .. You never know you may be able to fool some more ppl in buying in to that shit. My hard earned money goes to the phone that has removable battery, memory card slot. I am waiting for further drop in note 4 price .. Going to buy it in couple of months.

So profit margin will remain same but price will go down. There are so many other factors example. Low sale in indian market. Competitors are giving togh time in Indian market. Got excessive stock.

I don't think that's true... The Galaxy S6 32GB was launched in my country at INR 49,990 ($785) and INR 55,990 ($879) for 64GB
Currently it goes for INR 42,990 ($675) for 32GB and INR 45,990 ($722) for 64GB version
I don't think it's been that long since S6 launch. If the demand was there, Samsung is not a fool to reduce profit by cutting price.

S5 is the most balanced mobile (CPU/GPU/screen resolution, battery life, sd card slot) from samsung, still media hyped it as not an improvement from s4 and created so much negative publicity for its design. Yes, people want jewels, not smartphones.

That works out at little bit lest than 54milion of iPhone 6 / 6 plus sold in just 3 months!!!
