unable to copy or move anything from phone memory to External SD card...and vice versa...

I'm facing problem in software update. I have currently android 4.4.4 version. I have tried several times to update it to android 5.1.1 but my phone Samsung galaxy E7 (SM-E700F) keep saying that i have installed latest update. Please solve my this problem.
I'm from Pakistan.

ps: reinstall your apps after the update 'cause most of the apps will run with problems due to incompatibility issues regarding firmware versions

I'm from Vietnam and we haven't officially received the update but I have already did it myself. I'm on phone so I don't have the link of the stock rom and the instruction here but I will post it later if anyone need.
After experiencing, it's true that the phone is faster and seems to save more battery. I also prefer the UI of Lollipop, both the colours and the arrangement, to the old KitKat.
