Give me a device with a large removable battery and 128GB internal + microSD any time. Never had problems with microSD cards. Just make sure you buy quality stuff from reliable brands, it's as simple as that. These people with their limited thinking, telling other people what they need and don't need, that's what's pushing the whole market backwards.

Anonymous, 14 Jun 2015stop fooling yourself, these mirco sd cards are extremely u... moreMeanwhile, I use a Samsung 64GB card with my 32GB Note 3. I carry some 20GB of music & audio books, 25GB of some 700 PDF references, and some videos on the card, while the 23GB of internal are for photo taking and downloads. How much power does it shorten the battery per charge? You tell us how significant, because I have no problem changing to a 100% battery in 80 seconds all the way to startup. Screw the tech reviewers who keep telling us how beautiful the glass is at the back (a glass back! Sheeesh!) and how it's 1mm thinner than the last model.

Anonymous, 14 Jun 2015stop fooling yourself, these mirco sd cards are extremely u... moreSuch limited thinking. Yeah, let's be satisfied with the 27GB for all our apps and media from the 32GB of internal memory. No, we don't like the OPTION of having additional 128Gb of storage. No, we don't need that. You have to carry a camera because memory cards are perfect for them.

Anonymous, 14 Jun 2015stop fooling yourself, these mirco sd cards are extremely u... more"Due to their small size, the technology is not great, not to mention, the only thing you can really put into those micro sd cards are video's, music, and video files." - Yup, storing media IS my MAIN reason why I get a higher capacity. Would you rather just having 25GB of free space, or that with another 57GB more with a 64GB card? - geez, think BIG once in awhile. I store entire seasons of TV shows and movies when I'd like to watch them - this is the 21st Century, after all. I have over 55GB of audiobooks and music, and my collection is growing - again, you just load them and choose which to listen to when you want to. And yes, you can back up apps for a rooted device using Titanium BackUp app - really works for ME. I DON'T take pictures everyday, but it's not a bad idea to have it as a STORAGE OPTION - however did you assume that micro SD cards are just for cameras? They are reliable enough even for tablets and computers like Microsoft Surface devices that I use. The MAIN reason why Apple did NOT implement a media card expansion was due to greed - they want people like YOU to buy media from their app store - it all boils down to $ucker the customers to spend. Looks like Samsung is doing it too. It was a a good idea you stayed away from selling electronic goods - your thinking is so l#mited.

TheNeighbor, 13 Jun 2015Extendable memory for those who can take advantage of carry... morestop fooling yourself, these mirco sd cards are extremely unreliable as I use to work for a dealer that sells micro sd cards. Due to their small size, the technology is not great, not to mention, the only thing you can really put into those micro sd cards are video's, music, and video files. You cannot back up any apps on it, nor can you run programs or applications of those sd cards. Did I mention how much more battery and processing power it requires for the phone to run that micro sd card???

those cards were invented originally for cameras. Not smart phones. This is why apple never had sd cards on their phones, and this is exactly why Samsung is following apples foot steps by not having sd card slots on their phones. It's useless. If you are really taking 100's of photo's per day, then their something wrong with you.

Well.. If they really have to made a ugly S6 ... at least add more battery power. 3500 MAH is a joke.
even non famous brands started realizing and giving more battery power.

I'll pass. I'll stick to my S5 in it's Ballistic case, which basically turns it into an S5 Active. The specs of this are great, but what it loses can't be overlooked. I'm a road warrior and can't get tethered to a charger. Removable batteries are a must. Yes, this battery is bigger, but hot swapping a fresh battery is still better. I agree 100% with The Neighbor on this. Battery packs or fast charging aren't practical options for me. They still take time. Takes less than a minute to swap out a fresh battery. Expandable Memory isn't a big deal for me if I have at least 32gb. Sorry, Samsung took a step back with all the S6 models by taking away features that were practical.

One phone to rule them all!
For me this is the ideal mobile!
S6 sacrificed practicality, for gimmicks and women fashion trends. Personally, I dont need a better selfie cam, nor would I sacrifice 4-8 hours of use for 1-2mm. I dont mind the quick charge gimmicks, as I occasionally sleep and have plently of idle time, when I return home. Lower capacity and faster charges will only result into more charges and will hasten the end of the battery life. Water resistance is very important, one because it protects u from the air humidity that voids any guarantee and dust resistance will protect it from multiple common issues, like digitizers fault. I cannot live with 16gb, meaning 11gb for apps, 32though is plenty enough, u can use micro USB sticks for media in ur trips, in case u want to carry yr media collection. The ultra fast drive will become a norm soon, but for everyone who invests such an ammount now, should be a must. This chip is the fastest of its generation, the only one that wont overheat and is future proof! The only drawback would be its size, but this is where Samsung performed its miracle and it will be like an S6 with a case, only this one, wont need one. The escellent amoled screen is enough and can compare with any 5,5 screen that has a huge control bar in thw bottom, instead of real buttons.
And finally the camera is prolly the very best in the market! A peerless creation!

I have never seen any of the brands outright selling their 128GB models in stores. It'd cost more than $200 additional for a 128GB model, from a 32GB model. A 128GB card only cost some $100, and the ease of which you just swap those cards to anywhere you need them without actually waiting to transfer large media. I thought things gets better features, not the other way around.

TheNeighbor, 13 Jun 2015Yeah, that's right. For the high cost, if they could have a... moreindeed a valid point. but, are you aware about the overheating issue with the z3+? if I were you, I might as well give Samsung one more chance, especially with the eminent arrival of the Galaxy Note 5! for it could be that by then, because of a very insistent public demand, they will finally bring back the highly demanded removable battery; and a micro XCSD card-slot in-which perhaps, may be able to accommodate capacities of up-to 512GB, or maybe even up-to a whopping, one TB!

The removable battery system is very practical and much more efficient.

                            1. Better battery cycling and thereby longer life.

                            2. Seconds to get a full charge back than wait 2 hours to charge.

                            3. No need to carry the charger or a heavier power bank.

                            4. You have a choice of a third party extended battery, even trippling the capacity.

                            5. Safer to charge on a cradle than on the device as about 10% of batteries have chances to be unstable.

                            6. Reduces the chances of theft while charging outside the house.

                            7. An extra battery is smaller and thinner to carry inside your pocket.

                            8. When your battery finally gives up, you just buy a new one.

                            9. No need to pay for more expensive internal battery and wait for days to have it installed.

                            10. Your device becomes practically wireless without the need to plug in via the micro USB most of the time if you just charge the spent battery via the battery cradle.

The only thing I see I see a fixed battery system is the device is sealed nicely. I don't see the point why you'll want to show off "it's 1mm thinner than the last model".

I still use a Note 3 with its 3200mAh battery, and my medium to heavy usage would only give me around 12 hours till I need to change it again. I keep my data on without bothering to turn it off for all my email notifications, and downloads. The spent battery is then charged with a cradle charger connected to a power bank in my bag. My phone is entirely wireless, and is used to its utmost use without waiting for hours to charge, or me worrying about it running out of power.

The big deal is the battery power @ 3500mAh. Changing battery is not required unless you have a defective one.

Yeah, that's right. For the high cost, if they could have a slide SIM card mechanism that's waterproof, they could put in one for a memory expansion slot. I was planning to get a 128GB micro SD card for some US$100+, and it seems pointless for getting a Samsung device that doesn't accommodate it.

Might as well get myself a Sony Xperia, since I've been getting Sony Bluetooth accessories of late.

yah, no microXCSD card slot still. to tell you so very honestly, I myself is quite disappointed in this release as-well! but on the other hand however, I do still believe that it will still get your money's worth, if you have plans to buy one, especially if you are just comparing this into an iToy, even with the 6s+!
