this problem is only in the UK. don't be blind, just open your eyes. If sony ericsson products were bad they would have been pulled every where not only in the UK. Don't you get it? Gsmarena want SE to look bad and they want us to change to samsung. And although we respect gsmarena and love their website, this doesn't mean that we are going to follow everything they say. SE Rules !!
whos with me folks ?

I don't understand. UK and UK The real problem is because of the UK contractors not because of SE. Why are you so blind to understand that? If the product was bad it would been pulled from everywhere. Gsmarena wants us to think that SE is no longer good and they want us to change to samsung products. Well, let us show them that although we respect and like their website very much, however, we are not stupid enough to follow everything they have to say.
SE rules whos with me folks?

I have always been a fan of SonyErisson. But in the past half-decade or so, no all-in-one bestseller model has surfaced for the SE pavilion. The fans has always been made to compromise in one feature or the other - weather its a good music without good camera or vice versa.
Above this, there has always been some sort of software or hardware issue with the SE sets, ALWAYS, despite the late releases dates (comparing to Samsung) and the higher price tag.
SE seem to have forgotten there roots and why they were so loved by the elite few who were geek at heart, and are now being replaced by Samsung by there market understanding, desirable handsets and above all durable software and hardware offering.
P.S.: In case SE has forgotten, we used to love it because it gave us more options and better and newer technology and finer grained, user friendly software than the Leading Manufacturers did at that time.

thought i throw my tuppence worth into this... have had my satio basically since it came direct from my network. note that it's carphone warehouse and phones4u that are having problems (or are talking about them) rather than customers that have got the phone directly from the operator. question should be what are these guys (cw and p4u) doing that is causing the problems as no-one else seems to be???

Paul, 27 Nov 2009With Sony ericsson products, weather they are good phones o... morethis company rips people off i think it would be good to do a watchdog undercover investigation on how they test their phones because i can only think its a board meeting consisting of 4 year olds in a conference room making the decisions i would be embarrassed to work for them

Funny thing is that even with all the bugs these phones have, they're still superior to the iPhone

Maybe people who had Aino was st*p*d enough to think that it was a full touch phone and they keep on touching the screen on menus but had no response.. XD Anyways, I think pulling it out for a while is a good move so that not alot of people will be affected. Then when they have the real stable firmware, they will have the best user experience. No problems here in our place though.. It's just in the UK probably.
