sony provide elegent look excellent camera superb build quality..apple is a status symbol foolish thing apple a round ugly phone like sammy..... sony gud handsome look with wesome cam and build quality.....all phones are andriod almost their speed are gud no hang problem in high end phone all same specs the thing creats different betwen them is design cam battery and sony is at top in all department

Problem is people don't buy phones based on their needs, at least not where i live. People in romania only buy iphones or samsungs. I've got my z1 a year ago and in a year i met only 2 other persons with other sony phones and 2 other persons with htc phones and 1 with lg. All other persons with who i interacted and i interact with a lot of people have samsungs or iphones. They just care about the brand and looking cool and what other people think about those phones. They don't have the slightest idea of what those phones can do and they are not even buying them because they need them, they are buying them just as a status symbol. This is why at least here, good companies as sony htc and lg are failing even though they have great phones at great prices. I bought my z1 for 20 euros one year ago on a 2 year contract for 25 euros a month and i have unlimited minutes and messages in my country and 500 international minutes and 2 gb of internet. Had unlimited internet for the first 4 months. I would say that's a good deal. But people would rather buy an iphone or a samsung and pay 60 euros a month and another 300 at purchase.

Nope, sensor and camera dep. aswell. Bravi made money last year and their audoi dep also, but that wasnt much.

sony is the best.. though not the perfect android device is available in the mobile world.. i don't find any substitute to sony.... but the marketing strategy and customer care or after sale service is horrible of sony.. i still love my z and my current z3.... the need to work lot to marketing and easy availability.. and if they quit smartphone business i should say that for me no option than iphone again...

I am belive sony brand. Sony still goaward to develop and launch many new model recently. I am really with Z3 and Z5. I think sony phone has many fan and want sony investment smart business...Thank Sony brand to bring my life

The problem is that they are like diamonds, rock solid and also sell expensive. So they don't measure up in the numbers game. Sony needs to get their cost of production down. How they can do it is upto them. The number of people buying expensive electronics is less and the competition at the top is very discerning and fussy.

After there were reports that sony exited the viao laptop there were apprehensions about similar fate of sony tvs and mobile phones. Those who had or intended to buy them would be left high and dry. So for now the apprehensions would be allayed. Good that sony has clarified it.
