I dont see any improvements to be honest apart from Iplayer.
Battery last less after I have upgraded for some strange reason, I am not keeping the phone anyway as had enough of it being on my 6th phone due to various faults.
To say I am let down with Sony Ericsson is an understatement, phone must be the most boring thing on earth, cant download anything almost and no Apps stores still.
WHY RELEASE A PHONE HALF FINISHED OR STARTED FOR THAT MATTER.

i dont think so all the issues have been sorted out.older problems are solved but new issues have cropped up.the led indicator above the screen which used to blink whenever there was a new message or missed call does not blink anymore after i have updated the phone.and even the phone does not vibrate when i silent mode even though vibration has been set to on.the led indicator does not work at all except for charging when the red led comes on.god know how many more issues are gonna come up

Its been nearly 5 days i have updated mine,phone is more faster than before.Hope to get another update soon for equaliser n divx playback.

Adiel, 06 Dec 2009K850 has a great camera, but you need to know what you are ... moreI used to have them both (at the same time!). I can tell you that n82 was definitely better yes! Though k850 had great results too. Minor quality differences. SE model had the famous flash sync problem in many cases though.

updated mine couple of days ago seems ok so far my phone seems to react alot quicker.i was also getting alot of random shut downs before the update that prob seems to have been sorted i hope.

Whatever it is, S60 touchscreen is still not up there yet. There is still room for improvement. Even Nokia has admitted that & just wait for next year reincarnation of the S60 touchscreen from Nokia. I am not a Nokia, Samsung or SE's fanboys like some of you out there. I give only impartial comments on phone which I have used before. I really get agitated whenever I read posting bashing a certain brand. If you are a SE's diehard fanboy or whatever, there is no absolutely no need to bad mouth other brands. Also some of you out there, just open their big mouth & blah, blah, blah or make totally irrelevant comments! There was this posting a few days ago & he said something like he stole 3 Satios from white women. It was me who told him to get out in no uncertain terms & by the way his spelling was actrocious. His posting was removed by the moderator the next day. Good job! Like it or not, I shall & will continue to tell you guys off if I deem fit. This is not a site for morons, inmatured & time wasters. Post constructive comments whereby people will appreciate your posting & they will reciprocate in the same way. We are here to share our experience with other phone users who happen to have a common interest. By the way, please please for godness sake read the T&C before posting. I had a problem with a customers phone where if you set a wallpaper from from image gallery then it would appear in landscape and chop half of it off, has anyone tried this? as we still don't have any of then new one's in stock yet to try it.

Having updated my Satio I must say that it is a wholelot more responsive. I haven't seen any new cool stuff though so I guess it is purely a maintenace release.
Hopefully the next release will include kinetic scrolling in all menus. That the only thing I lack.

I noticed that most of these guys don't even own a Satio & yet they want to open their gap to comment. There are people who also ask stupid questions & they can get a stupid reply from us. For instance asking about the spec of a particular phone which is all there in the gsmarena's website. These are the people who have nothing better to do. Don't spoil this site by your silly unfounded comments.
