Reading the comments makes me wonder whether it is a review of the phones or the minds of those supposed to review... In the world of business, your performance is measured in the amount of income one makes and the return on investment thereof. Personally from here in South Africa, I have no friend with iphone, the one i know is in London. What is world market share for Apple & Nokia, how do the balance sheets compare, annual turnover. This is the way to measure supremacy in business, iphone have targeted a small customer segment and once Nokia, LG, Samsung's touch phones start penetrating, Apple might fold their phone segments altogether. But in the end, iphone, imac users cannot stomach the fact that they are small, they are still of the idea that they rival Microsoft as equals. In the end like Lehmann Brothers and GM Motors, your refusal to see the truth and accept it will result in its demise, just watch this space.

I have Nokia DRM music and I am able to play it on my pc and other internet enabled phones. The phones simply check to see if you have the license by logging in to nokia music and downloading usage rights. Sometimes it doesn't work though

java phones are in some good ways equal to symbian phones . You don't need so much applications u get bored within a year and then u use only a pair of them . So java phones for low end phones are much much better then symbians .

Nee, 12 Dec 2009nokia is innovative in the cheap phones category...sure nok... moreGood morning... There is another category called low end touch phones.
At least Nokia is not going the Samsung or LG way...at least they don't come out with a touch feature phone... at least they give you a smart phone.
If Nokia has to tap this market they have to improve S60 v5.
Can you imagine a Nokia Touch Screen phone with S40?
I think we should be grateful to Nokia... at least for creating a class in low cost touch screen phones that is smart based and which has now triggered an OS race - LiMo, Bada and ofcourse more to come.
I don't even want to imagine what these... b...b...baiters will say on that forum...

vish, 12 Dec 2009nokia is innovative in the cheap phones category...sure nok... morenokia is innovative in the cheap phones category...sure nokia has all it takes to be the best but its not trying . its merely bring out variants of diff phones like e71 then e72 etc... its touchscreen technology is way behind apple .

apple has just one phone yet its talked about so much . once u use an iphone u cant go back to any other touch [phone .. ive used all of nokia's touch screen phones . but last month i used the iphone 3gs and its awesome . its touch screen and software is the best ..ease of use is unbelievable..its not a complete phone but its the best touchscreen so far ... and yet nokia can't bring out one phone to compete with the iphone . the only phone that can match iphone is the htc hd2.

n900 turned out to be dissapoining in the gsm arena review as well .

dump the stupid symbian is all i can say to nokia or keep it for low end non touch phones only..
                                      ----------------------------------------------------------------------

ya i am with you the point that symiban cant afford to challenge , is a joke compared to iphone , bcoz itz getling old and junk . i m same as you used all the nokia touch phonez , But nokia N900 surely a massive front itz dafinatly bringz out the iphone feelz .

Apple or Nokia? if your really a fanatic of any of these brand you will realy find faults on the other brand. Just respect each other's opinion.
