lol samsung is going to launch a mini with 2gb 15mp cam when sony is to launch a 3gb 21 mp cam mini (compact). nice!

The SM-G9198 is already out and it is a flip phone available in China.
The S6 mini will have similar specs to the S5 mini. Samsung has no point in changing that.

Stop dreaming. S5 mini has 1.4 GHz quad-core, the performance of a snapdragon 400/410 and now the s6 mini will have flagship specs? I don't believe it. And if it was true the price would be incredibly high.

I'm ready to pay S6's price for smaller phone:
4.5-4.7" HD-fullHD
but with body size like Z3 compact, maybe even thinner
ideal = 124-126mm x 62-64mm x 6-7.5mm
Snap 615 or like this 2Gb Ram

No Matter, 27 Jul 2015Rumored specwise - too good to be true. Samsung would NEVER... moreThat is kind of the idea and aim Samsung is going for. They want to kill the already-dying galaxy s6 sales with s6 mini and s6 edge plus. Why keep a dying product when they can make more. Last time I read Samsung was going to reduce their smartphone model this year but I keep seeing them coming. Galaxy J5, J7, A8, V Plus, Tab S2 8.0, Tab S2 9.7, Tab E 9.6, Tab A with S pen, Grand Prime(US variant), S5 Neo, Note 5, S6 edge plus, S6 mini, S6 Active, Tab 3 V, and Galaxy Xcover 3. That would conclude our list of smart device this year while Samsung self claim to reduce it model line. There were more that I deliberately left out because Samsung decided to launch over 20 smartphone model and 5 tablet model per year. That haven't include the Samsung product build specificly by US carrier like Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and more because they have different model number and specs.

I'm pretty sure Samsung would not use these specs for a mini. Or they wouldn't call it a mini with these specs.

why not? s6 7420 is far better than the 808.

I would say its a very good mini version for people who on a budget with excellent performance.. Samsung finally stepping up the mini game

It doesn't matter what samsung puts in a phone. after using it for a couple of weeks it will be slow as a midranger. Developing good software is not everybody's job.

Rumored specwise - too good to be true. Samsung would NEVER put specs like that in a mini version of the S6. It would kill S6 sales completely.
