[deleted post]I speculate certain almighty brand / I ? music brand has been paying various forums / websites / stores to promote their products...by giving $, of course, and make sure to "demote" products from other brands.

This inventive mobile phone is clearly not for you.

Anonymous, 17 Dec 2009Why the cameras of those new phones, like Milestone, are so... moreYou don't buy a phone for its camera, the same way as you don't buy a car for its cigarette lighter.

That's one of the most ugliest phone i have ever seen. I mean, who would design a flip phone and put the keypad and screen on the outside with the camera? And the touchpad inside? Whoa, Motorola designers must have been drunk when they designed this phone.

At least they show something different, what do we see from the rest, clones of the Iphone. Motorola has a tradition of creating new things such as razr or the clamshell. Keep going Moto

Its design is not so genius at all. Motorola should improve their designing skills, even if they are good in clamshell type phones.

Because all the cameras they put in now have plastic lenses. Low cost and crappy pictures is the way to go to make money these days.

Anonymous, 18 Dec 2009Why do Republicans always assume people WISH to live there?... moreLOL...That is a good one.
I am the farthest thing from a Republican, but I do take pride in my country. And people who bash a country are inevitably the ones who wish to live here.
Why does it matter who or where the phone was made. I can only surmise from the Anti-American statement that the OP has issues with the USA.
I am betting that had Nokia designed this phone, people would be pooping their pants over it. I remember when the first slider phones came out when flip-phones were all the rage, & the slider style was predicted to fail. We all know how the opposite was true.
There has never been anything wrong with Motorola. They just got stuck in a rut, & like all good companies, found a way to dig themselves out.

Did you ever think about the position of the camera with the flip / keyboard CLOSED? Would the cam be in the exact same position as other touchscreen devices like iphone...being simply in the back of the phone?
Then think about all other phones with slide out qwerty keypad. Would any user be texting while taking photos AT THE SAME TIME?

Husker, 18 Dec 2009How is this a lousy product from an "American" phone compan... moreIts quite good that Motorola has been trying to revolutionize the design on its mobile array, but this might be one of the worst design ever released from this manufacturer. Its kind of a sacrifice that this phone packs alot of goodies but will not be able to stand out since design is quite awkward - imagine a 5MP with flash is located on the QWERTY keyboard? and a mini display on the other side? i really cant figure it out. I am very sorry for AT&T, since this might a downturn. We'll find out.

Motorola was trying to revolutionize the design but this may not be an excellent idea. No question beyond specs, apparenlty its been fully equipped but one thing thats is awkward is the 5MP camera and flashed located on the qwerty? Imagine? You dont have to be an einstein to figure out how the R&D are doing the job done. apparently this was not yet released on AT&T, we'll find out f this is going to be a big sale for both AT&T or MOto.

haikal, 17 Dec 2009woahh..the form factor is totally wierd..
camera place on ... moreCamera being placed on the keyboard, actually what's wrong with that?
Think about the placement of the camera "before" the keyboard is flipped out....wouldn't the camera be in the same position as most other touchscreen phones, including iphones?
Unless you tell me the camera can't be operated by the touchscreen side of the phone, otherwise, how often do you take photo and type SMS AT THE SAME TIME?
