01 August, 2015
The flagship 900s won't jump straight to 950, all three models tipped to feature on-screen buttons.

I'm just on 2 weeks using a WP Lumia 640xl. After 5 years on the Droids I'm not missing them. WP is a refreshing change and I've been able to find my rugby used apps and not left wanting.

AnonD-421428, 01 Aug 2015I've always been and Android user since 2009, but that woul... moreI think with the new capabilities that have come with Windows 10 Mobile regarding Android apps being ported if not sideloaded without any changes (or very little mods to the original code), this may reduce the 'perceived' app gap.

On the subject of the capacitive/onscreen buttons, I think it's a wise idea as the onscreen buttons will make way for more screen real estate which is always at a premium for smartphones. Playing around with a 640 with these buttons I found them quite practical and I found I didn't inadvertently hit the Search or Back button (which has happened before to me).

i'm wondering if the long wait for these phones is so developers have the tools to port apps way easier. It's possible that MS might actually be planning to do something big and having a ton of new apps ported over with some flagship releases could really help their cause.

Google is trash. They made Android so that OEMs and carriers can put malwares and bloatwares on it and allow UI customization to slow down updates. Google sits back, collects data, and sell ads/data. They made Android insecure and gave in to OEMs to gain marketshare.

It's hilarious how many posers influence these big corporations, you all b!tch up a storm about battery life and User-Appeal, but when an OS that offers both of these (Windows 10) at a reasonable cost comes along, you sh!t out the same "Android and iOS are too big you're too late" trash.

No wonder everything is a bland, fragile mess. You kids were given phones like they aren't a privilege at age nine.
