"One man's meat is another man's poison"... If the phone doesn't suit your purpose, then turn away, but it doesn't mean it won't suit another person's purpose. Thus, if it doesn't have a function you sorely need, it doesn't mean that another person will also have the same preference as you (we're not different someway for nothing - uniqueness is us all). There are times where your local station doesn't have an internet radio app (which you love alot), missing out on FM function is a setback, alternatively, if you like an oversea's internet radio, of course lacking FM function won't be noticeable.

So I guess if you need FM radio on a Google phone the best one is the Tattoo at the moment. If you hate radio and do not want FM radio on your phone the X10 is the Google phone for you.

Seriously people...the lack of FM radio is in my opinion a small drawback. I have radio on my phone now, and i turned it on twice in the last 4 years.
Sure, someone might use it, but it DOES NOT make this phone a bad one.

Don't compare iPhone with that failure 5800 you just embarrassed yourself cause you can't afford an iPhone and lack of knowledges of iPhone.

The reason believe it or not was the lack of an FM radio on Iphone. In the end the 5800 was much cheaper and I do not think the Iphone can do anything that the 5800 can not do, and I have a FM radio.
The Xperia X10 would have been the perfect phone was it not for the lack of FM radio.

Come on, guys, the FM Radio is in the headset! I don1t know why but it seems like Android phones don't have radio, but SE has solved this by packing a version of the MW600 with the phone. It's bluetooth stereo with radio.

I lived in US before, and most FM stations I know only played SONGS...

Now I live in HK, most programs on radio are (funny) talk shows, political debates, news commentary, phone in, etc...

I can listen to 2 funny programs from 8am to 1pm, political / news commentary from 5pm to 8pm.

Leaving 8pm to 9pm for (English) softrock oldies, and from 9pm to 10pm being (Cantonese) softrock oldies, with some songs (particularly Cantonese) aren't available on the web...

My wife uses iphone, I also got her a Moto VE66...which offers a radio "without" headset as antenna

So stop bashing other people's choice regarding their preference on radio.

Why can't (if not won't) SE upgrade to v2 instead of v1.5/1.6?
The phone will be outdated by the time it's released!
                                Typical SE!!!

Let's hope TMobile USA doesn't bastardize the phones when importing them and making it available on their USA network!

Also, let's pray that the price is "reasonable", otherwise, why bother going to TMobile to get the phone?

Just buy it as an Unlocked imported phone (as always) =:)

I like it how people in the US always forget about everyone else on earth. The reason why phone companies are not including FM Radio is because there is no FM radios outside of the US. Sorry but the world have moved on to DAB+.
