Yes, I totally agree with you that if it did not come with the FM radio, I will not buy it. Tra

So at last Canada is beginning to catch up with the rest of the world.
Bell and Telus have recently switched on their GSM/HSPA networks and Virgin which is a VMNO will start in January using the Bell network.
Bizarrely they had been riding on the CDMA network thus preventing any overseas Virgin customers from roaming in Canada! They now need to sort out their arrangement in the USA.

Nokia includes a FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack in even their low end phones. SE thought we have given our customers a 3.5mm audio jack, so they do not really deserve a FM Radio on this high end phone.

SE Kurara will be released around the same time as this one. I'd say SE is too late to the party (09' gen smartphones). They better deliver next year.

          OMAP4 Multi-core CPU + 512 NAND RAM + Maemo 6 OS + WXGA screen would be a killer IMO

Anonymous, 22 Dec 2009I agree with you. No reason can justify the fact SE has not... moreAM radio is not plausible for mobile handsets right now and it won't ever be, because there is no demand for it.

I think what se did is just brilliant. Instead of inserting a radio in every mobile they have. you can just have the MW600 bluetooth headset, which is a radio and music player that works through your bluetooth.

This means no need for annoying wires that keep dangling around your neck. Just think about it enjoying the music on your mobile or pc and also listening to the radio through a bluetooth headset that works on all SE cellphones. Come on guys this is the future, think ahead please :D.

              Regards,

              SE

If you want radio with X10 you hav to buy this additional headset.

                        http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/products/accessories/overview/mw600?cc=gb&lc=en

It will be released with the XC10. In my opinion a bad decision. SE is known for having radio.

When someone says Android, would you not think of T-mobile first because it has been the first US carrier that has brought Googles OS out with HTC.

This can only mean that SE is aiming for an all carrier US phone (unlocked).

while samsung lg and nokia are offering new high end phones se is engaging in their tests, and after all tests they postpone their release for a long period of time and then they expect to share a high percent of market sharing.I hate se!

oh please...if SE included all the features that you were whining for including the kitchen sink, you would still pick up something to whine for.

                                        no radio-fine
                                        no videocall-fine

the only legit complaint that i can think of is the lack of multi-touch.
