Failed to miss 'monthly SECURITY updates'? When did 'security updates/fixes/patches' ever become identical to Android updates? They may be at times synonymous but technically isn't

All MAJOR OEMs must join. We need secured phones.

All Android phones are buggy as hell because OEMs take forever to do updates. Their bloatwares just add more bugs to the OS. OEMs should not be adding spywares and bloatwares to an OS.

Of course, only for the newer devices, high end or top tier ones, the rest they WON'T CARE LIKE ALWAYS.

                    Interesting.
"LG spokesperson confirmed to Wired that the company will be providing security updates on a monthly basis, which carriers will then release to users immediately."

                    What are they actually saying?
Will they release updates for all of their devices or just a few that are running the latest version of Android?
I.E. Will the supply updates for
                    4.3
                    4.4
                    5.0
                    5.1
                    Or what?
Android patches and updates == PITA, great work Google

it was the most stable android ever. since i am using lollipop i am not happy at all. i am a user of nexus 5, and i bought it just because i could get os updates immediately after its release. even i consider to give a try to windows or ios devices.

The security updates only takes a few days to make for each device and can release it in 5-15 days for all phones

When samsung fails to update their phones to the latest android version, while HTC, Sony and apple keeps even their midrange or older models upto date (presently 5.5.1 with androids) . What guarantee for we have for security updates ?. I use aan A5 cause I like it's design and size compared to the flagships (overpriced phone for its spec). Still with kit kat. No sign of 5.0.2 . Samsung is a big disappointment in the updates department.
