AnonD-428442, 12 Aug 2015The only people that talk about the 5c being a flop are the... more5c has sold extremely well for a plastic phone, and it also pushed tens of millions of people into spending more on the 5s, numbers that only grew after 5c was made available only in 8GB version. 5c has done extremely well in earning money, the 2 years its been available it has brought in more cash to Apple than Samsung phone sales combined has, if thats a fail then the Sammy boys need to start learning that money is all that matters in the end. Its really disastrous that Galaxy S 4 and S5 has earned so little money, now THATS what i call a failure to make profits.

Someone i know who had all Galaxy S models except S6 changed to iPhone 5s last year and the battery life is the thing he is most satisfied with.

No way, its time to order another 5s for reserve, Apple isnt gonna bring us any more premium 4 inch devices, from here on its alll "go big and stupid or go low end" and neither are acceptable options to me. And when will another manufacturer offer something that can replace an iPhone? Looks like never, after all these years they are still not close but 5s will continue to support all the needed LTE bands for at least 3 more years, not to mention it is still the worlds second fastest phone so performance isnt gonnna be an issue for 3 more years.

have been using the 5s, still loving it, but couldn't get the 6 since it's hard to control with one hand - a lot of ppl from this region (SE Asia) would say the same. If 6c comes with the same punch as the new 6s but with a 4' screen, it'd surely be my next phone. hope it won't have the same plastic feeling as the 5c though, that'd be a spoiler

I don't really care about the material, but if it does sized below the 6 and packed with some new chipset, i'd certainly bought it as my 5s replacement.

Yet if real world, people do buy them. Japan, Singapore, just to name a few. Are they more popular than the 5s? I would say not. They are not designed to be a flagship phone. They are the mid-ranger. The flagship and main seller was the 5s at that time. Are they a flop? Far from it. If the 5c is a flop, how would you describe about the sales number of other Android phones that barely sell a fraction of the iPhone's sales number?
Tech bloggers want the 5c to be a flop because it wasn't what they "predicted." Tech bloggers and people like you wants Apple to make a cheap Android-like phone, which is not what the 5c was, thus it was a "flop." Yet Apple is selling them, people are buying them, and Apple is making money than everybody else. Meanwhile, other Android models that are not a "flop" are struggling to make money for their manufacturers.

They all say flop because they only see tech usage around their own bubble. Go outside ad the world paints a different view. Considering how the 5c is outselling many other Android phones during its life, again, it's hardly a definition of a flop.

Sometimes I gotta wonder about this website's alternative reality! The iPhone 5c was a "flop"? Even though it was outselling the Galaxy S5 months after the latter's release? That's impressive for a flop.

That stopped many people from buying it. I hope they will change it with the 6C. The 4" would be a nice size.

It will sell like hot cake. I know many people that are happy with their 4'' iphone and don't need anything bigger, yet they want a premium phone. With these three phones, Apple covered probably 99% of different screen size needs. Kudos to Apple once again (from an Android user).

iPhone 5c have sold more units then Galaxy s4 s5 note 3 and note 4s combined. Manufacturers will kill to sell the same units as 5c

the only thing that apple missed so far is the problem with THeir Device battery life. producing little capacity battery. So please come with 3500 mAh or larger.
