For once I'd say a samsung phone finally looks good, back to the flip phones when they made some cool designed devices. I guess there are still people who would be in the market for such a phone, as it is something different again, a flip phone.

LG G4 owner, 14 Aug 2015I got the G4, the sd808 works amazing. it's a notch below 8... moreOk, we get it that you have a G4. As if having it as a name wasn't enough. And it has 3 gigs of ram. That's funny, since you say that you own one...

Samsung is all about choice.... Except for the Note 5 which can't have a removable battery or micro SD card so as to be an iPhone clone....

Not crazy about the huge external screen, but this is wonderful. Wish they would take it worldwide.

Why don't they release a flip phone with qwerty keyboard. Would make a great phone for business (emails etc) and social media updates

This will be the second flip phone by Samsung this year after the Galaxy Folder released last month. 2 years ago was the Galaxy Golden flip phone. Only sold in South Korea and China.

I'd take this over the Note 5. Phone design had become so boring and similar today. If this thing rotated like my old N93 and supported T-Mobile's cellular radios in the US then I'd definitely import it.

I think this would be more at home in the ... moreI got the G4, the sd808 works amazing. it's a notch below 810. true. but for something that is considered little brother of the 810. it's mindblowing. and coupled with 2 GB ddr3. It would run smoothly. I RECOMMEND!

Why not make it flip on a side like Nokia 9000 :D
The point of flipping phones were for compact, but this will be one long thing on your hand when opened up.

The problem is these flip phones are massive, the whole point of them was to be small.

Single brick phones have been around for a long time now and they are getting bigger and boring. Redefined flip and slider phones might be the trend of the future. I'd sure want to buy this if it releases in my country...
