The first non samsung dual edge screen. That will make headlines and direct all attention to them. It will be associate directly with s6 edge. There will be numerous comparison review and articles and even video. This create free publicity when it is being compared.

Is that phone was the phone, which the Blackberry has said that until now is still a plan. A Blackberry phone, which has sliding keyboard, front and back curved screen. Is that BB Venice was the phone I saw months ago from a blog.

Saying Android is less secure i... more1. I'm not SAYING that Android is less secure. It is a FACT that Android is less secure when compared to other mainstream operating systems out there. The fact that apps can access everything on your phone/tablet, can interact with each other so that it makes it easy for malware/spyware/etc. inside apps to access data from other apps and you cannot deny apps the access to GPS/contacts/messages/accounts/etc. like you can do with a proper BlackBerry, means that Android is not secure at all. By definition. At least iOS and Windows don't allow apps to access many things in the OS and only allow apps to be installed from the app store. And speaking of app stores, again, M$ and Apple actually test apps before they allow them to be published in their stores. So no spyware and adware apps are allowed there. (unlike Google's Play Store)
2. Speaking of lag, take the same hardware and run Android, iOS, Windows in parallel. Android will always be the first to lag, will use the most RAM and CPU and will drain the battery fastest. Not to mention the fact that iOS and Windows run properly on even 512 MB of RAM, whereas Android needs about 1.5 GB of RAM to do the same thing. (try playing Asphalt 8 on an Android device with 512 MB of RAM. Good luck!)
3. Keyboards. Yes, Google's keyboard is extremely responsive compared to previous versions of Android. Again, try using that keyboard on a low end to mid-high end device and it will not perform all that well. Unlike BB's, Windows's and iOS's keyboards which run great on any hardware.
Speaking of the best key spacing to improve accuracy, the winner here is Windows.
Swipe? Windows.
Word prediction? Blackberry.
Once you have used a proper keyboard, you won't even think about searching for a 3rd party one. You can install other keyboards in Android because the standard one is not good enough. Blackberry, Windows and iOS don't need other keyboards, because the default ones are great.
Oh, I almost forgot. Using BB's keyboard on an Android device - that's why it wasn't great. Use BB's keyboard on their own device with their own OS and see the BIG difference.
Bottom line is that we can go at this for days and still, nobody will be able to provide any proof/reason why Android is a good OS. Take away the App Store and you are left with an old school looking OS which cannot deliver a good experience in basic apps such as contacts/calendar/email/messaging/etc.

Remove the apps store from the list and you are left with an even lower score for Android.

BB please NO curved screen like Samsung Edge. Those screens are ugly and not practical. Classic flat screen is much better. BB phones are for business mainly.

Saying Android is less secure is stupid. Google is working with BlackBerry and Samsung to integrate both Knox and BBS platform security into "Google for work", which is part of the Android framework, and will update security patches via the Play store. Google is also willing to pay big money to any holes found in their source code (with it being open source anyone can improve it), adding a lot more incentive for security companies to make Android more secure ("Stagefright" is a recent example of this).
Android doesn't lag more than any other OS. If your phone is laggy, it is either outdated (thus it doesn't have the benifit of ART and AOT runtime compilation), bloated (running a lot more apps and widgets than it should - which cannot happen on other platforms, but can be disabled in Android, you have a choice), or using the wrong CPU governor (scaling the frequency slowly or ineffectively - this can be changed with a different kernel or possibly just a kernel tuner. I recodmend "interactive", which was developed by Google).
The default Google keyboard (or AOSP Android keyboard) is great. It is extremely responsive, maximizes the button space to improve accuracy, supports swipe, can be themed to your liking and is customizable. If you don't like it there are hundreds of free ones. Better than having no choice at all, don't you think? Oh and stop being such a noob you can actually install the BlackBerry keyboard on Android, I did, and it wasn't as good as Google's.

I am using z3 for a year now and no doubt it is one of the best os in the market. I hope that they will realease the same handset with bb10 with google play services.

This phone is going to be a bit more secure than a standard Android device. But unlike BBOS, this phone will lag, crash, restart and will have an unimpressive keyboard - unless you BUY a 3rd party one.

This isn't a final design, clearly. The back bar taking up a load of space at the bottom won't be there.
This is clearly the BB10 keyboard that is great and much faster than using a physical keyboard (in my opinion).
What you will see with the Venice is a hybrid. It will be a BB10 phone with android integration. People want an android BB so they can run android services, apps etc. not because of the operating system itself.
BB10 is a much better OS, and they have been working progressively on how to integrate Goggle apps and services, with 10.3 offering almost full android app integration.
With the Venice this process will have been completed, their collaboration with Samsung and Google offering full Android services on a secure BB10 platform.
If this image is recent, expect a few more months of fine tuning the interface and functionality before it is ready to be released.
