FEATURED, 2010
Well, how about that? All the rumors turned out true to the last bit. At an Android press event Google just presented their new Android uberphone and they have novel way of selling it directly to customers...

[deleted post]Foxconn has nothing to do with HTC.
Foxconn produces the Mac mini, the iPod and the iPhone for Apple Inc.; Intel-branded motherboards for Intel Corp.; various orders for American computer manufacturers Dell and Hewlett-Packard; motherboards for UK computer maufacturer Zoostorm; the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3 for Sony; the Wii for Nintendo;the Xbox 360 for Microsoft, cell phones for Motorola, the Amazon Kindle, and Cisco equipment.

There's some conflicting specs on wi-fi (both official) Google points out "Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n)" [http://www.google.com/phone/static/en_US-nexusone_tech_specs.html] while HTC points out "Wi-Fi®: IEEE 802.11 b/g" [http://www.htc.com/uk/product/nexusone/specification.html]. Which is correct?

sooky, 05 Jan 2010everyone hates the ipohne.hate the app store not the iphone... moreThe iPhone is made by Foxconn so if you can say this device is not "googles first phone made by google."

I can say the iPhone is not Apples first phone made by Apple.

It is very good looks wise, but that just makes me wonder if that's a good enough excuse for having almost no changes from 2.0 in functionality. Good phone on a first glance, although not a game changer. (the way they are selling it is unique though, at least for the US)

I am so glad this phone isn't connected to a phone carrior. This is what limits the iphone from being popular to 95% of the population. This phone will kick most other phones asses.
