31 August, 2015
More powerful than the Moto X Style, smaller than the Moto X Play.

Maybe they're measuring for the sake of precision and not some rounded off blah blah

Motorola is announcing one phone after another but no sign of their availability. This is good marketing, keep people drooling, dangling some new announcement baits. No moto phones in sight.

That is the weirdest screen size ever. 5.43 inches display? Why not 5.5" or 5.45"? People perception on SD810 is not good. They should have gone for SD808. I like the design and the shatterproof feature.

My bet is that Motorola will use Qualcomm Snapdragon S810 v2.1 revised edition. It has no issues. S810's overheating problems had been fixed by now.
But no luck for S810 first generations...

WTH Motorola? Why are you using the tainted chipset? 1080p and S808 would satisfy a lot of buyers.

Ok Moto...looks like u have sent me/us the ANSWER to the lack of a smaller X Style or no X Play for the US Market (except Verizon). I LIKE AND WANT THIS PHONE...better than the X Style or X Play. Battery Battery Battery is the name of my game. The Nexus Phones have a BATTLE on their hand with this one...if priced right this will be direct competition to the Nexus devices.

Camera would be perfect if it would be with OIS, but now it's the weakest point of Moto camera.
