Tough to tell at this point, but to me, the styling and naming suggests its more of a companion to the Play than the Style i.e. it's the flagship version of the Play rather than the Style...

The bezels seem quite large but still, seems obvious this device will be pretty cheap so it's no big deal. Motorola are doing a fine job. This is good for the industry.
