The look of new nexus5 is certainly not a futuristic, its dull . As per rumored specs of new nexus5, the old nexus 5 was ahead of flagship phones at that time. the new nexus 5 is lagging the flagship phones in specs.

That's a really sketchy "leaked" phone. Why couldn't he just have slapped a few stickers on a cheap Chinese phone and passed it off as a Nexus? The fact that the fingerprint sensor is in such a strange place and is so similar to iPhone's makes me question the legitimacy of this leak.

BeReal, 02 Sep 2015Never understood why can't Google make a decent smartphone ... moreGoogle makes damn good phones. Considering that Google is selling it's Nexus at half the price of an iPhone but still ofers basically the same performance I'd say that Google is twice as better as Apple.

Gaming? I actually make a living recording those, 2.5 hours 3D intensive game, all with stock ROM, no mods.
I see no issues with the battery. Also guess what, more power efficient SoC along with a slightly increased battery and no higher res screen to eat it all...

2700mAh battery... then am outta here folks. LG's track record by far for both mako/occam and hammerhead are to put it mildly craptacular as far as batt life optimization is concerned. Face it currently the only sub 3000mAh undisputed king of batt life goes to Galaxy S6 and everything else comes a last 2nd.

If Huawei can keep it to FHD w/ 3500mAh up batt then that's the Nexus 2015 winner right there.

I can bet that Google learned their lessons from the previous expensive Nexus 6 and the next Nexus will have an affordable price. On another note, the specs look worse than the (how many years old ?) LG G2. For the right price it could be a nice phone.

nexus 5 (2015) is dual sim or not?

                                      Extremely disappointing.
We knew this was going to be cheap, so 808 was expected.
We knew that Nexus phones always suck at camera and hed no real expectations.
We knew that they are intended for devs, so a generic, 60$ lumia like exterior was expected.
This phone was supposed to be free of fashion gimmicks, so naturally its thicker and a carrier of new technologies like fingerprint scanner and c port.
Rumors initially appeared that it will have the fantastic poled screen LG uses on the flexes, but we have yet to see it on non bent phones yet. That would save the day for me.
But what is a dealbreaker for anyone is the 2700mah battery!
If you carry around an ugly and thick mobile anyway, why shouldnt at least have a decent 3000mah battery? S6 has such a small battery because its cpu and amoled consume little and because the gave priority to looks and slim design. Smth that already happens with the thin metalfree of the big nexus, the LG nexus which is not that small and way much thicker, has no excuses!

why do they always keep putting the fingerprint sensor on the back , i hate it , it's annoying , learn from Apple and samsung for once best place for the fingerprint sensor
