i updated my mobile to new version for nokia 5800.after updating the version of 40.oo the video stucks in midlle and plays again. what was the problem of it.

Can't seem to download this update. My updater is saying I have the current version for my phone. Any way to force update?

The version 40 is ok, and works in Wlan pretty fast, i just update-it, so guys good improvement, it's cool! P. S. It's available in Romania

last time when i updated my nokia 5800 to v21.......my screen was blurred....and i went to nokia care they charged for fixing my prob....so should i take the risk fro updating again as im dyin for new version....?

GUYZ, regardless of the comments below, the update truly need to be praised. It has all of the features now :-
1. Great sensitivity or accelerometer.
2. Kinetic Scrolling.
...... etc etc etc.
So don't be disappointed, off course the full screen querty is missing now. If any one In India us unable to update, just visit any local Nokia Care and get it updated within an hour.

Imash (SL), 19 Jan 2010V40 update works really well on ma Nokia 5800 XM.......but ... moreN-GAGE is getting killed off at the end of this year so it's not likely that they'll add it. Try a google search for info how to do it yourself.
"btw....its better if they can enable N-GAGE for 5800 XM with the next update.........."

I tried updating my 5800 xpress music, but OTA version isnt available and thru NSU, it said some dll files were not able to access internet. please help someone, Make RM 356, INDIA.

to all the 5800 user who faces problem after updating.jus go to the nokia service centre in ur country and they will fix it 4 u!!!!!!!!!

Is a bug. V40.0.005
The nokia phone is smart enough to know when the unit is finish charging and will cut off itself from charge.
Just tell me when the end of the day u reach home and the battery is flat. Are u gonna stay awake (2 hours) just to turn off the switch? I dont think so. And if not off the screen stay light up. This will do damage to the LCD backlight and reduce the backlight life span.
Nokia please help look into this problem. Thanks........
