It's not as open as Android and for some people that's fine. When are you children going to realise that there are different markets for different people? iPhones aren't suitable for everyone. Android isn't suited for everyone. Windows phones are... well I dunno who would want one personally but it's their choice. I personally would never touch an Apple device again because Android is a more suitable platform for what I want to do.

Brick as in a large battery. iphone 6 might have a low screen to body ratio but it is thin and light. Easy to use in hand. If you think screen to body ratio is something impressive then you dont know much about phones.

This is like explaining why people pay 350,000 usd for a Ferrari 458 Speciale when you can get a 1000hp supra for a fourth of that price.

If people didnt like what the iphone offers, they would not buy it. There is TONS of choice. But millions of people still buy the iphone, even at a higher price, because it simply works for them.

It has everything I need. Default FDE without reduced performance, Excellent BYOD environment support and excellent customer support. Ability to push VPN settings directly to the device OTA. Proven reliability and security. Multiple radios, ability to work in pretty much any country in the world.
Camera wise, fastest camera in the world (shot to shot, startup etc.) Excellent image quality. Excellent video stabilization and quality.
UX wise, Easy to use UI. Zero lag after almost 1 year of use. Tons of quality apps. Integration with OSX. Intuitive flow.
Support wise, The best customer support in the market by a LONG margin.
There is literally nothing I want in my iphone. Nor do the millions of people who buy them. They just work. No rooting or replacing launchers required.

People generally relate a higher price to a better product. This is a strategy that many businesses use, but you have to understand that this should not be boasted as a good thing for the consumer. It is the worst thing a business could do with their products from a consumer standpoint. The business will be the only entity that reaps the benefit of this, at the expense (quite literally) of the end user. Moving away from this mentality is the best thing consumers could do, to prevent companies such as Apple and many others exploiting it.

Yes what you said is right...iphone don't need specs to run fine.But having those specs doesn't hurt anybody.having a larger battery is also good.for the price we pay we should also get the specs to match.
Wouldn't you want an iPhone 6s with a 1080p screen 3 gb ram n 2500 mah battery for the same price

So Many Android fanboys on here it's embarassing. I'm a neutral when it comes to manufacturers but I have praised the obvious here, rather than changing things people didn't even know existed like a sensor in the camera, they have added quite a few new features which justify the S model. 5 to 5s only really had touchID, yes there were other small changes but nothing to write home about. This time they've added 3D Touch, faster processor and ram and even improved the camera by 4MP. I will also guarantee this new iPhone will more than likely take a better picture than majority of the 16-21mp phones out there, MP isn't everything. Look at the Nokia 1020, 41MP and the only selling point was the ability to zoom in and still have a clear quality image. Hopefully this S variant will put them back in the game when it comes to the camera as Samsung have been producing fantastic camera phones the last few years with 13-16mp.
