I'm using iPhone 6 and updated to IOS9 yesterday. Everything is buttery smooth, but my OS is still using more than 4GB of space, whereas it is been said that this will take only 1.3 GB. Another point there are few apps which are missing probably because of the region. I'm an Indian user. Please help me understand if all indian user having the same concern...Thanks

mega, 16 Sep 2015how many phones do they have? compare that to samsungOk its clear now samsung has both high end and low end phones...apple on the other hand has just the iphone no low end device. Thanks for clearing the air. I used to think its just samsung not wanting to update old devices to force people to buy the bew ones now i understand better.

kajam, 17 Sep 2015apple mobile phone device had only 2 phones used to be one ... moreUr right...hmmmm...now its very clear to me. I often thing samsung is just forcing people to buy their new devices by not updating the old ones...but now i ve seen the reason behind it. It would make d old devices performance very disappointing.

Android fan boys should be ashamed coming up here to make comments and fool them selves. The least I will do is read android related issues not to talk of making comments.

Anonymous, 17 Sep 2015Either you have a fake iPhone 5s or you're another Android ... moreHe's just pissed because android don't have upsides, and when it does it makes their phone
So worst, and after that Google will not release a fix for it. It's upgrade to newest android ? Your phone is screwed ? Too bad, please get a new device that can run the latest android.

Why is it so hard to leave each other alone? Why can't people like things in peace? Why can't we respect another person's preferences?
This is a free market. We have alternatives - unless they all suck or something.

I have an iPhone 5 32GB, I have come up with a few problems with iOS 9. I have 5 GB free and I was on iOS 8.4.1 and it was running very smoothly. After the update I have found it to be rather glitchy, especially when switching through apps. I've also found there is an issue when exiting a Wi-Fi zone, it takes a while to link up to the cellular data and most of the apps have to be reset for it to work correctly.
They have also added the non essential apps like Podcasts, Find My iPhone and a few others that I don't see the purpose of them besides taking up storage on the phone. The battery Low Power Mode, I have found is very good and sustains the battery life for a significant time longer then in standard mode.
Of all the iOS this is quite glitchy, I repair and maintain phones everyday and this isn't the best update. For those looking to get the update, I recommend waiting for the next stability patch to come through and to wait for your apps to offer the update for iOS 9.

Just one thing l forgot to tell in the previous comment....
In the past 3 months l upgraded my Nokia Lumia 1520 to 8.1 from Winphone 8 , my LG G2 to lollipop from kit at, and lately my 4s to IOS 9:
The easiest was IOS upgrade and the toughest was windows upgrade with many times of reboot and slow download despite my connection was faster than the one l used for IOS.
I'm telling this despite being in love with the Nokia 1520, which I use as my primary phone ( best photons and call quality, only Microsoft should do something to the software, despite marked improvements already done)
