Pls dont blame blackberry for the phones they lauch.. It the people who started favoring full touch mobiles and thats what you are gonna get. Blackberry is trying its best..

Putting Android on a BlackBerry phone is like putting a 3 cylinder, 1 liter, diesel engine in a Porsche.
Windows would've been a blast on a phone like this. That would be like creating a full electric, high performance, auto-charging Porsche.

I wish they dropped the "rough corporate america" vibe at this point because it's out of fashion and simply doesn't sell anymore. It'd be nice if they took the "nice friendly Canadian" way instead and released relaxed and pleasant to use devices.

Are you sorry for Samsung also? Their attempts to build their own OS weren't successful either - Bada, Tizen (well, still waiting), but they are making their money with their Galaxy phones (Android). Maybe, you're also sorry for Lenovo, Motorola, Huawei, LG, Sony, ZTE? These companies are selling more Android phones than BB can ever dream to sell with their own OS.

Android will let company to sell number of units which will let company alive, secondly I hope BB will not be too pricey otherwise..lol

Priv is a better name. BB Priv will be super secured version of android. I hope it beat Iphones security.
