Fair Price? I agree, but that goes for majority of products sold in the entire world.
Usability? iPhones are some of the easiest phones to use. Their ease of use is a lot of the reason why they have such a loyal fanbase.
I love all phones, by the way. iOS, Android, Windows, and BB.

Just cause flagship Android phones have beefed up specs does not necessarily mean that they are better than iPhones. And just because iPhones have a large fanbase does not mean they're better than flagship Androids. Everything is based on opinion. There is no "best" phone out there because of that reason.
