Nexus 5X costs €480 in Europe, £340 in the UK, ouch!

Nexus 5X 32Gb is £379 GBP, which is $573 USD at current rates. US buyers, however, are only charged $449 USD and they also get a $50 credit for some other products. Sounds like a rip off so I will not be going for the N5X!

Motorola did the same. The Moto X Style jumps from £399 (USD) to £399 (UK). Welcome to rip off Britain.

So it's only 50 euros more expensive than the US model if you don't count the 24% VAT. That's actually a pretty mild price hike when you compare it to the original Nexus 5's price tag which was over 500€ at launch while the US price was just $350.

Ouuu, i will go with LG gflex2. It costs only 300eur unlocked in Latvia. At least it will keep my hands warm in winter.

Same of Moto X Style/Pure ($400 x €500), for example.
It's simple! People from Europe/UK don't buy these phones, wait till prices get down, or choose other options. But, as Apple, people will buy, no matter the price.

I could newer understand, how can CEO's-managers be so well paid for souch a lousy job they do. If they sell 10 5X models they'll do great.
Please Ubuntu and Firefox os make some noise to end this IOS-Google madness monopoly.

In the Nexus 5X page source we can see the price for the 32Gb version. € 529 of pure robbery. Thanks Google.

This is why I like Alcatel Idol 3 or Asus Zenfone approaches. Or even Motorola. To pay 650 euro for 6P.. well, it might be an extraordinary different experience with it day by day but I do not think it is. Overpriced tech in my opinion.

The specs isnt low at all, on really im excited about the Nexus 5x(would prefear with 5", but OK). But the price is, for sure, too much over the line.
