Apps are free to dump as much data onto the external storage - its only the .exe file which has to reside on internal memory. So the internal storage is nowhere near as big as issue as you are claiming it to be.

That is the reason for it's success they are so good to just get things done.

this forum is gettin ridiculous.
the sales of iphones skyrocketed because simply of marketing and advertising. The iphone is seen in many stores. Place the n900, hd2, and other high end smartphones in many stores as well I assure a huge curiosity amongst the people will arise that will lead into a purchase.
People people people...the argument in this forum is like the end of the world. It is nonsense. IT IS A MATTER OF A PREFERENCE.

Enjoy your little baubles, toy that it is, no power to run real programs.
Games are an indication of how well hardware and software will work together to run business class Apps.
The Nexus wastes it by running things in a java VM.
That and no respect for people's privacy, Google eyes their product users as cash cows to be milked for all their worth via their core business, targeted advertising.

Serge, 12 Feb 2010Well, they only said that the HTC's radio system is slighty... morewhat are you talking about. Almost 99% of Nexus one's features as far as sepcs and hardware is superior to iphone. From 5 mega pixel camera with flash, to 1 GH speed of cpu, 3.7 viewable screen, resolution and speech recognition in all text-email applications.
My McDonald numbers once again to be corrected, maybe the 3rd time is a charmer, Sales total $72.39 BILLION in 2009, like iphone, huge sales but 2nd rate food and product.

Just to correct the numbers on McDonald, they had $72.39 million in sales last year yet I wouldn't touch their product with a 10 foot pole let alone put it in my body.
Apple selling over 25 million in iphone to the mass that is fooled by their eyes and don't know or care about anything as long as they can play their stupid 3d games and watch you-tube or listen to their music 24-7.

Anonymous, 12 Feb 201025 million people bought iPhones last year...
TWENTY FIV... more1st of all do us all a favor and pick a screen name instead of going with anonymous. It's annoying since there are too many of you without a name. Pick a stupid name like your Iphone so we know whom we're talking-chating with here.
2nd- McDonald did 7.2 billion in sales last year too, does it man it has good food and it's a good product? I wouldn't touch anything that McDonald sells and put it in my body. Selling more Iphone 25 million or more doesn't mean anything if the product is 2nd rate to Nexus when you compare all the hardware and sepcs.
3RD- If you care that much about 3d games that Iphone has then I give you that, you must be 15 years old or one of the million X generation adults that still likes playing games on a phone and runs out to get a cellular phone to play games on. Your right, Apple has better games and 3D too, but if I cared that much about games, which I don't, I would stick with XBOX- Wii- or play station.

That's not a big deal, since the Nexus One is the newer device. Given that iPhone 4G is on its way, you better cool down or it will be too much for you to handle once it's out.

Question2:
"Are you one them that has your iPhone in them silly plastic cases and watch 15 minutes unboxings on Youtube about them? They really make me laugh. Watching for them case unboxings and comments for just 1 min is like watching Comedy Central for me. It's funny as hell in a pathetic kinda way"

Reminiscent of old Java games from handsets from 2004,i.e. totally lame, I was expecting more from the "Raging Thunder" demo in the Android Market (FREE DEMO) the full version costs, like a lot of Software in the Android marketplace, pricing is all over the place, some things are in $, some in £ and some in € you pay through Amazon.
Symbian WinMo and iPhone OS absolutely annihilate Android as a gaming platform, and the best?
iPhone as is proven by it's number one ranking in rendering 3D graphics.

Of course this is an old game and they have advanced since then but it is playable on Android.
Low powered applications running in a Java virtual machine is all Android is capable of.

No wonder you use iPhone, it doesn't challenge you mentally. Adversity breeds evolution.
GLbenchmark has to do with graphic rendering. What has that got to do with anything? I could link you to at least 10 pages with lists where iPhone would be among bottom 3 among new phones, like screen resolution, call quality, 3G reception, batterytime etc etc...
