We know about this long time a ago. But nowdays people doesn't care much. but who built the best they win. in this situation smartphone users really like about iphone design and they even don't know the design copying htc one. why must htc copying exactly 100% iph6 design while they can innovate and create new design for htc one legacy. learn from hasam kaymak. i hope htc will bankruptcy. u can't compete with the iphone if both are same design.

True - Apple might have overlooked HTC M7 design and inherited general idea, but in its A9 model HTC has copied iPhone 6 design in most shameful way...
Also the fact that Apple inherited M7 desing is a very poor excuse for copying iPhone 6 in A9. And because of the fact that A9 almost exactly looks like an iPhone many people won't even consider it as a purchase. Because reason is simple: if I need something looking as an iPhone - I will get an iPhone... Especially at comparable price. Priced around 350 Euro A9 could have had a chance at current price tag it's dead on arrival...
P.S. I'm still very sure that Madam must fired before she kills HTC completely...
