To me £399 seems quite reasonable if they really wanted good sales. For £550 I can get G4+Passport brand new.

There are those of us who really loathe virtual keyboards and will be happy to have this as an option. Apart from quicker, more accurate typing, a physical keyboard adds one more benefit: no virtual keyboard taking up screen space.
