Ok with the WP7 specifications, but does any one know if the display will be still limited to 56k or not?, actually I like WinMo mobiles but these limitations are annoying too much

I would be the last person to sing Apples praises being an Android user, but the one thing they did right was be a closed source instead of an open one, which has is good points and bad points.
Microsoft are realising that if they are to have a good crack at mobiles they are going to have to set some uniformity to the mobiles that are put out. If you look at the Apple template its one mobile that has changed in performance gradually. People may not like and may even hate the company but they have sold over 40 million handsets.
I love Android because I am a bit of a tech geek but even I have to be honest and wake up there and to many handsets and there is no uniformity in the version of Android used, which will harm the platform eventually. What Apple has done is attract companies all around the Globe who want to have an app in the app store. Which also has attracted programmers to the who want to make games and apps for the phone? The amount of Apps downloaded speaks volume although I would say though you can’t build a mobile phone on apps alone which I think may bite Apple in the bum at a future date. Android at the moment is not organised and it’s all over the place there maybe 20,000 apps but only a couple of hundred are any use in-between those that don’t crash and ones you can’t seem to get rid on your handset. Major software companies and programmers don’t seem to beating a path to android, which is another reason why Apple has done so well they are established.
I can understand why Microsoft are making all these changes because when in the future you pick up a windows mobile phone no matter who the mobile maker is
You can guarantee that you will be getting the same experience across the board.
This maybe seen as Microsoft selling out but they are a business not a Charity.

Bad choice by Microsoft so use LG in the beginning for Windows Mobile 7.
As far as my own opinion. LG phones are as bad as they come, poor reolution, very laggy operating, unresponsive tocuhscreen and cheapish build quality.
That was last time i tested a LG phone like 6 months ago, today i don't know if they have improved, let's hope so.

Good to see manufacturers lining up for WPS 7. The first phone in the series is not inspiring, in looks or features. But that was the same when Android was introduced. Hope others like SE and Htc come up with game-changing devices...

If the Appollo is this thing, fail!
I thought the Appollo had insane specs like a 12mp camera, only 5?
I'm not to keen on the design either, rather non descript and bland. If HTC HD3 Fail to release the HD3's 1.5 ghz, that's it, not interested in any smartphone fo a damn good while and will stick with what i've got.
2010, what a boring year for smartphones.

Who actaully believes what Steve Jobs says anyway except for fanatical fanboys? ''Believe the hype'', think you drank way too much kool aid.

Why are most of WinMo phones so dull looking as if they where designed in 1990s? Ditch the black matt plastic already!
