it was gonna be useless without google apps support anyways . i installed clash of clans on my lumia 730 back when it supported but lacking play games , couldnt load my savefile . coc could not send me any notifications in background because of wp restriction on background apps , would frequently lose data connection and quit unexpectedly at times . seemed unstable back then to me . also , it loaded after showing loading.... screen on windows phones for about 8-10 seconds so i dont think porting apps such way would have been great anyways but it still hurts windows phone will always lack basic apps

C'mon, Microsoft, release RTM version of Windows 10 Mobile already. The wait has been a year long and painful. We don't care if we'll be able to run Android/iOS apps, as long as the apps that are built for Windows run properly without crashing. That's all.

As long as they have iOS apps, they don't need Android versions. Besides, the way they would have run the Android versions would only cause lag and crashes. At least with the iOS versions they can run natively, not like the Android ones.

remember when they discover the update from pirated windows 7 to 10 turns the pirated version into a genuine?! I MADE IT...i have at that time a pirated windows 7 and now with that error by M$ i have now a genuine windows 10! :P

not my fault, is M$ fault...and is because of it i say to you: you only buy if you want, nobody will buy M$ software, they are all over the web pirated, and someday all people will use it pirated instead of trow money to junk, because M$ is ganacious like aiple!

Eske Rahn, 17 Nov 2015Well why would Microsoft be interested in Android developed... more85% of the total 90% android users, are poor. How many of the big tech companies do you see catering to the poor? Why would anyone want to cater to someone with little to no money that we all know they aren't willing to spend on digital products? Android guys don't even like paying for Music for crying out loud lol. That is why everyone (successful) hates Android in the dev world.

The free UPDATE is only if you happen to own a legit version of 7 or 8. Also, just having a CD-key is not enough, if you reinstall the OS, you have to install the one you bought, fully update it and then upgrade. Awesome right? (roughly 4 hours work, trust me I do it a lot)
Also after 1 year passes, you know this fancy free update you have now? Well, it will be gone - buy it or forget about it.

I'm a vehement supporter of Microsoft, so much so that I bought 3 Lumias back in the days, the 520, the 1520 and the 1020 (the main phone). I abandoned the Lumias earlier this year because I really can't expect such slowdowns, crashes on my messaging app and hell long shot to shot from my 1020. I skipped the x30 series altogether because no Microsoft phones are as unique as my previous Lumias (cheap smartphone 520, megajillion pixel camera on 1020, blazing performance phablet 1520). I'd buy the 950XL definitely, but maybe later... I play quality games on my iPhone 5S and Note 5 as my daily productivity (taking notes with the pen is heaven sent) nowadays, don't have anymore place on my pocket for a third phone. However, the Continuum made the 950 and 950XL an interesting proposition and the possibility of the 1050 down the line is mighty tempting.

But even i prefer a "unoptimized" phone but i can custumize it, do what i want tha have a fking ijunky or a WPhok and cannot do nothing and be a copy of all others, just one more! im the one because i do what i like in my phone...and not because have to follow rules in the OS.

Its by this fact they call the aiple of sheeps, and now WP guys maybe will be called Goats! xD

That's why Android is free and Windows is not. That's why Windows lets you actually use your phone at its true potential, while Android keeps hogging resources and crashing apps.

Well why would Microsoft be interested in Android developed apps? It is only on about 90% of the worlds smartphones.... /S

This seems like a very dumb move as long as Windows Phone (Or whatever the always changing name is today) has such a small market share. It is hard to persuade developers to do the effort to create apps for Windows Phone when the market share is so small, if the code can not be more or less copied from the major platforms..

My G3 do a 10-0 to this kind of crap!
