let's say, when the user are tired or something bother to them, mistake can be happen, but people must very smart and aware to not insert the S-pen incorrectly. and of course don't let children get it as a toy.

Again, this S Pen thing is nothing but a joke. One has to be dumb enough to place it in opposite direction. All the previous Note phones before Note 5 have/had, the option where you won't be able to put the S Pen in in opposite direction, have you heard any Sammy fanboy to brag about that?
So next before writing up such a nonsense comment, think hard. You might then not make a fool of yourself.
