In other news, please try to remember that although it may seem like it, your nostrils are not slots for the micro SD card and the sim card.

well for me this is a good thing to provide warning for those people who dont actually have the note SERIES.
not until they brought the N5.
we know that we are just a human but we can prevent it so dont be so ignorant.
and its all up to you on how you used your brain cells its your money tho.
But for those trolls who are Comparing an N5 to an IPhone. GET A LIFE AND REMEMBER THIS EVERY PHONE HAS A UNIQUE ABILITY AND YOUR PHONE IS SO COMMON..

Any fool who inserts the s pen wrongly must be a dummy to do so, samsung should not waste their energy xplaining to people how to insert the s pen. Its like buying a car and telling people how not to put water into the gas tank....oh puuuulease

Can't help but laugh at this, like, if it was 1st generation it would be like "Meh they don't have experience on it yet, quite a bummer but still", but like, on the 5th model???
Also wondering that they bothered making a hardware revision (even if it's just sticker change, you still get a different unit box), where they could have addressed the problem, but no!

Alien, 17 Nov 2015Clearly Sammy doesn't give a flying unicorn on it's custome... more*Clearly, Sammy doesn't give a flying unicorn about it's customers and what happens after you've bought their phones. They will just take your cash and if something goes wrong, they will tell you to buy another one. You really have to be stupid to pay so much for a DOWNGRADED device. Heck, I hate Apple but I'd totally buy one of their iPhones if my only choices were a Galaxy Note 5 and an iPhone.

            Fixed. You're welcome :)

But I don't get the message here. The point of the article is that people are inserting their S-pens into their phones the wrong way. Your post just spews random dislike for Samsung. Maybe you posted this in the wrong topic? Happens to the best of us.

At least some privileged people can insert the s pen into their note 5, the right way or wrong. Unlike the people over in europe who cant even buy the phone.

Well that's what you need to do for careless and dumb people. Used Note 2 for one year, now using Note 3 for over a year, never once I put the S Pen in in opposite direction, not even when I am really exhausted, not when I am sleepy.

It must be a privilege to be dumb.

Dual heatpipes, 17 Nov 2015Actually a lot of parents will give their children use the ... moreAnyone stupid enough to give their child a Note5 deserves what they get. There are devices specifically designed for children and the Note5 IS NOT one of them. Glass, small, removeable parts... You'd be stupid and a bad parent to do it. Just buy them a stupid kids tab 3. Better than letting your idiotic child break an expensive device...

It's the consumer's fault for doing something it was NOT designed to do. AND this phone is in no way downgraded. Boohoo it doesn't have mircoSD and a removeable battery (who still swaps batteries? What year is it 2005? Haven't you discovered portable USB chargers? Quick charge 2.0 compatible ones at that?) and microSD would have slowed the device down and was not compatible with UFS 2.0 at the time. Shut up, grow up and take your lame trolling elsewhere. I'm bored of it. You sound 12.

                              Include in that warning:

                              1. The pen is metallic-ish

                              2. The screen is glass.

                              3. Swallowing either may result in permanent or fatal injury

....just in case the obvious still needs to be spelled out.

I still don't understand how putting the S-Pen in the WRONG way (emphasis on the wrong) is a design flaw on Samsung's part... Surely it's on the intelligence of the person using it? Is humanity getting to the point that we can't put stuff back as we took it? Work in retail for a small amount of time and you'll understand that better than anyone.
