Why bash Samsung for this?
S-pen and apple pencil are both different products for different types of devices.
Compare the surface pro pen and the apple pencil.

Interesting teardown. Other sites include iFixit's observation that the Apple Pencil's innovative foldable logic board is the tiniest they have seen. The difficulty in manufacturing these is also why supply is constrained at the moment.

They will say..."Sir , why to replace/repair , when u can buy a new one for only $99"...!
