Ever heard of wirel... moreGuess I am an old school gamer...question, is streaming reliable, like are there any consistent lags or stutters when streaming high quality games to a big HD screen like Xbox gamers do when they stream games from their console to a Windows 10 computer cause I'm not lugging around a huge custom built tower to the living room everytime I wanna game on my Samsung smartTV. And even with a wireless kb/mouse you still have to position yourself closer to your much smaller PC monitor in order to get fully immersed into the game unlike a large 40-50" HDTV.

AnonD-467404, 28 Nov 2015I am an Xbox gamer. but still I have a cheap controller for... moreThat's true you can that's the flexibility of PC gaming but gaming on a big HD+ screen in your living room area is a better experience imo than on an average PC monitor, unless you have a monster set up with like two or more screens or hook up your huge tower to a TV. Plus you probably have to sit closer to your much smaller computer monitor to see all the action and immerse yourself whether you're using a wired or wireless controller or not compared to a nice 40"+ HDTV.

Microsoft was whooping Sony last gen because they had a huge head start, this gen they both released their consoles around the same timeframe and the results speak for themselves; real gamers who enjoy playing a myriad of different games (not just rehashed FPS') go for PlayStation, always have and always will.

This is done to improve yields, and for the sake of platform uniformity, will never change over the console's lifetime.

When it comes to technology the Japanese are one of the most open people, consoles are not an exception. The thing is, the way they live life is very different from western cultures, so they have loads of region specific games and content that reflects that. That is where Microsoft always failed, you can't compete with a "one size fits all"/"west rules" proposition in Japan, you need to understand the market and adapt.
To their credit they eventually tried but always failed.

I've always played in consoles and I do reckon the PS4 is the best choice ATM, but what really surprises me is how it's selling so well when this is the weakest generation in hardware.
Weren't it for the exclusive games PS4 (and XBOX) have I would say you are better off with a PC, this generation's consoles are on par with budget to mid-range priced PCs (it's the GPU that really counts in this comparison, and for the price of a PS4 you can build a more powerful PC).

Apple is rich thanks thanks to their strong marketing and brainwashing propaganda, not because their products are actually powerful.
PS4 is the most powerful gaming console atm, hands down. And almost everyone wants a PS4 here in GR.
Plus you can't compare phone with console sales, neither phones with consoles. The consoles are of course more powerful than handheld devices, a lot more powerful.
If such power was inside a phone (its impossible atm btw) it would melt within minutes!

I see a big difference between the quality of PS4 and Xbox one. Games on PS4 just look better and run smoother. The one only reason I bought Xbox one was for Forza. I wouldn't own any other games on the system if Xbox didn't offer free Xbox 360 games on some of their newer games. I bought Fallout 4 on the Xbox one and received Fallout 3 for free. I am also buying Rainbow six on xbox one for the free Rainbow six vegas games. Other than that, I buy most games on my PS4 because they look better and because I have a 2TB hard drive installed compared to the 500GB hard drive on the xbox one.
