After Updating the new OS my all apps which where in sdcard was uninstalled automatically and my play store is not opening, please solve the issues
I lost my apps don't know about the offline data's :(

After getting the update, the battery drains 3 times faster and OnePlus Launcher freezes all the time. The overall performance is slower and the phone hangs... I just can't believe it. I reinstalled both FB and Messenger, disabled Google app....but still no improvement.

Initially i thought OnePlus has good service and they keep updating their phones. So bought one plus x and now they pushed marshmallow update with bugs when every one is using Nougat. Anyways in india now at least we want VOLTE support and fix those bugs. Oneplus team said our phone hardware supports VOLTE but need to update the software. Thought they would release in the 3.1.3 OS update but not happened.
Anyways my next phone would be MOTO because if i buy any one plus it would last about 6-7 Months. My friend is using OP2 so called flagship by OP but now its nothing and now OP3 users will face the same when OP4 is released. They are not bothered about their previous models.

Hi,
I got my phone updated yesterday.And as a result I get to see 1) few of my apps that I have been using from a long time are no more in my phone, 2) I get this notification umpteen times play store has stopped working. 3) and yes my play store is not working after this damn update. Can anybody help me resolve this I need to install apps and this ain't working its been a week.

disable Google+ and reboot. fixed the relentless crashing of google play services.phone was unusable!
