Try disabling G+ and then reboot your device.Then install/update play services.
One plus X team should have checked this before rolling out an update :(

those who are telling that dont update it just ignore them because empty vessels always make noise..........

This is just crazy, I got the marshmallow update on my one plus X and well it was a 17 MB update and once I did that , the phone has just absolutely stopped working. I have to reboot it just to be able to use it once it turns on again for 5 minutes and thats it BAM after that whatever app I have opened it just stops working and when I click on WAIT it does nothing and when i click on CLOSE it just blacks out the screen and the only thing visible is the top bar where time and battery is dispayed and the rest of it is all BLACK. There is another update available now which is of 369 MB but well I cant even do that because the system update stops working too in about 5 minutes right after I turn the phone on again. I need HELP if anyone can help me would be grateful.

There is an issue coming after upgrade that is the google play service would not work... in this case u need to uninstall google plus an fb if these app u r using otherwise it will fix automatically by updating itself after sometime.

I updated my phone today morning and back since then I am not able to make a simple phone call ir FB or whatsapp.. anything.. It hangs every 30 secs and then I have to reboot and poer it off over and again. What the hell is this ? Is there is something I can do to sort it off ? Please help.
Now I used Fastboot mode and it is in that mmode since 15 mins. I can not do anything on my phone. Fucked up. Anybody, please help

bhatiaha, 01 Oct 2016Play store stopped :( Go to Settings > Apps > Google+, and disable/delete the app.
- Reboot your phone.
- You should now be able to open Google Play, search for Google Play Services (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.gms) and update the app.
- (I rebooted once more, not sure if necessary)
- Your phone should be in working order now, and Google Play should work as before.

After updating my Google play Store has stopped working. Earlier marshmallow was really smooth. But now the Google play Store has been stopped. It is saying 'Google play service won't work unless you update Google play services.
