Invites are no more for the OnePlus 2 starting on December 5. The OnePlus X also gets a taste of invite freedom.

I rather get a brand new Samsung Galaxy S6 at Cricket Wireless for 250 then a overprice OnePlus 2 for almost 400 with shipping anyday of the week. There are better phones with better specs for less if you look around hard enough you can find. Don't go blowing your money for any new tech that comes out of China. This phone be price at 299 for the 64gb and 249 for the 16gb. That is the real price point that anyone with any real knowlegde of smartphone is going to pay for.

Sorry OnePlus nothing against you or your invite system but it's the damn heating issue with the Snapdragon 810.

It's only a downward spiral from here, the circlejerk invite-only system built the hype for disappointment.

i just recieved an one plus x invite. . .i earlier got about 4 one plus one invites. . .used all of that. . . i longed for one plus two invite. . but sadly nothing. . . im just gonna delete that one plus x invite and i will not even think about sharing that one. . . over priced. . .over rated. . .cheapo invite system. . . and outdated device. . with no nfc , IR, and memory card slot

what a turn off. Cant be bothered. who has time to keep abreast of invite days and do battle with the world to get one. The invite days should be dropped all together for all models. Bit silly really.

It's a great phone; fills all of my needs and was pretty cheap for the specs. Wish that CyanogenMod was ready for it b/c I don't like some of the stock apps, but whatever. Ordered the OnePlusX over the weekend for the wife to move away from her crappy Moto G 2014 with its 5.0.2 Android and no timetable for an update. I'm pretty picky with phones, owned 7 since last Christmas, everything from the Passport to the S6, but OP2 is pretty awesome.

Who do these guys think they are? trying to control the world or what? they're a joke and no one is buying their phones. I won't even buy it because it's not like a super special product or anything, and yet they're trying to pretend they're the Sh!t? nah they're full of themselves with no Sales $$.

Anonymous, 03 Dec 2015Oh come on OnePlus, OP2 not selling well right?Probably not because it took them longer to end the invite system for the first model than it did for their second lol

laoplayer, 03 Dec 2015There should be free shipping and a price reduntion. Still ... moreI agree except it probably won't be for under $300, I have yet to see a good 810 phone sell for that much and why bother getting the X if it's only $50 less? I say sell it for the original price of the OPO then it'll be a hotseller again.

There should be free shipping and a price reduntion. Still too high for too little. Should be under 300 with free shipping then I will consider it. Untill then nah.

Satya, 03 Dec 2015From my experience, Oxygen in OP2 is far from stable !!Any Chinese phone has unstable os. They all have moderate specs and end up throwing on us their crappie devices for a super cheap price.
