Terrible built.
Terrible and old design, slippery phones which Sony built so that people will drop, and the built is so good than it will shatter, and then go and buy a new one. Also don't forget to carry a cloth if the phone needs to be looking at least half clean.
Camera, after all that Sony sensors floating in the market, Sony flagship are still the only one which gets criticised!
Superb screen to body ratio.
So you know what? Flatter yourself about quality.

Looks are hot but the deal is not Hot as hell my A*.*
See i know Z5P is a good smartphone but it has lots of cost cuttings in device hardware department IMO it is not at all worth the VERY high price Sony is asking for at the moment ..i mean Sony is not giving NO 64GB inbuilt memory,NO OIS,NO 4gb RAM, Cheap sd810 SOC, No Super Amoled screen either
Moreover to hide that VERY high price sony has also kept the preorder offer where in they were giving a costly bluetooth headphones as a bundle preoder offer cause they knew that no one wud pay that kind of very high amount for a device made with lots of harware cost cuttings & that is why asap the preoder offer was over sony reduced the price for Z5P
But this did not happen with Note5 asap the preorder offer (wherein ppl got wireless charger and 1 year screen replacement offer) was over it was still at the same preoder price for atleast a month and half . I know that at the moment the prices for note5 has also gone down a little, but its prices did not go down asap after the preorder offer was over for note5.

I got the Z5 about a week ago. My first Sony phone since the old Sony Ericcson era (had only Samsung Galaxy, Nexus phones since then), and I gotta say I'm in love. Not surprised by these results...amazing device(s).

This is a great device, stop the hate putting aside the 4K display, everything is awesome the device never lags, multitasking is awesome, gaming is incredibly amazing without any heat issues what so ever, I've monitored the device hear, never passed 38, and for the 4K maybe it's not that notable but sooner or later, some company will realise 4K display, sony just started it.
And for the camera I'm not a fanboy for SONY they can make improvements, it's not the best camera in lowlight, but still considered in the top 3 cameras available for now. The 4K recording is the best without any competition.
And the battery life is good, they can do better but, the device is great and very premium in hand, and with the new noiseless and hi-res headphones the sound is great. I stopped using QC 25 now with my Xperia device.

S810 drag Z line down, I expect better sales for next Z series(Z6). Battery should be improved with that. Wonder if they plan to improve manual camera settings, they lead HW quality of sensor but todays phone cameras trend is that of V10 where you got ctrl.

Everyday in newspaper I see Z5 family advertisements. It's been long since I've seen a Xperia Mobile ad. (Last was Z1)

I don't get how this phone is "so expensive"
Z3+, when it was launched at my place, carried a tag of 2700. The Z3 launched with a price of 3000.
However, Z5 Dual launched for 2500, and Z5 Premium Dual, 2700. That's still less than iPhone 6S and Galaxy S6 Edge +
