It was a Nokia design first which Nokia scrapped for other models.
Sony Ericsson paid huge amounts of money to Nokia and their designer Martin Täärvio to "buy" the Satio.
And then begged Nokia to put Symbian in the phone.
You hating Nokia and talking great things about a SE phone that uses Nokias OS, Symbian.
Are you weird?
And i'm saying this as a Swede about a swedish phone maker.

THIS IS A FAKE. go to the source and see how clearly the pics have been photo-shopped. We have waited long enough for nokia its been a year since they released the N900. People like myself who are Nokia Fanboys have had enough from waiting and changed Brands. Come on Nokia make a move or you will be losing a lot of market shares.

Why not a camera lense cocer?
Also I don't mind 5 or 12 mgp camera but must important pictures quality, SHARPNES, REAL COLOUR.
I hope so from Nokia this not only about pics size, but also about quality.

1st nokia can kill it with this srt of thing making a high spec but well rounded phone eg good camera net n music and not focusing on 1 area like sation (camera)

Worlds greatest phone. But, must do better to hit htc. htc rocks my friends. Once you use htc... C'mon you guys know the rest! Forget all this crap brands.

I'd go for Android phones as a replacement at the moment and wait another year for Symbian^3.
I will likely go for one when my contract is up, when the App store expands to more than 60,000. The iphone craze will start to wane soon unless Apple stick something special out there on the market but it would not surprise me if Apple DONT release a new version this year.
This next year is going to be VERY interesting in the Mobile world

this is pure copy of sony ericsson satio but the kids version,this phone users must be under 15 years old to buy such rubbish or maybe people that dont know about any other phones and they just say woow nokias latest phone they dont even know about the specs even they dont know the phones model that their using just latest nokia.its like people that love banana and when u tell them pineapple,mango,avocado theyll say no banana is the best cause they only know about banana that is nokia,so heres the latest banana is announced for such illitrate people go get it cause u will never know about other fruits taste u only know banana nokia and thats the best as u say.outdated technology for outdated people

This is real, i have even seen a video of this one where Nokia tests it's body strengths, a finnish Nokia employee showed me the clip on his phone like 1 month ago at the game convention.
We were told Nokia has been designing this phone since end of 2009 and it's well on it's way.
Why would this be fake? Is it a 35 mp camera? No.. can it fly? No... It's like any other phone that has 12 mp camera. Zenon flash is also so Nokia.
And everbody knows that the hardware chip Nokia is using supports HDMI. HDMI is nothing special, it's been around for like 5 years, it's about time someone put this "old" technology on a phone.
Basically it's a Nokia phone that's catching up to the others, what's so special about this phone that it has to be fake? If anyone is due for a release of this kind it's Nokia.

Looks like a fake. Probably a Chinese phone.
1. The "Nseries" font on the back seems to be far too thick.
2. Theres no camera lens under the clear lens. So how can there be a cam?
3. I doubt Nokia will copy the design of SE phones. Nokia can come up with their own designs.

About time Nokia produced something. I want to update my N95 8G by Q3 this year. At the moment nothing Nokia makes seems to be a good replacement other than maybe the N900, bit that seems a bit outdated, and really want to avoid the iphone craze. The HTC HD2 or Desire have been in my sights but this new Nokia looks really interesting. For those who have used Nokia phones for many years, it's hard to leave the Symbian platform. Btw I use a Blackberry 9000 for my 2nd phone. Great beast for messaging.

Only if Canon came out with a phone. A EOS 5D mark II camera phone. In my opinion a 12mp camera is not necessary.

THey announced Satio last year in may, and was available in October. Now we are in March, and if the phone will be announced soon, probably will hit the stores in April, or May, and don't forget Samsung has too 12MP camera phone(non smartphone)
