Now that SE finally makes phones with 3.5mm audio jacks to become more competitive, they are again giving the competition a chance to gain even more market share by the ridiculous asking price.

I have been playing with this phone today at Sony Ericsson Open and it DOES NOT LAG at all. I was really surprised at how smooth everything was, touching the screen. The only thing I did not like about it is that it is a little TOO BIG. My Nexus One looked very small and not bulky comparing to X10. The white X10 looked brilliant but I will say again - it is a little bigger than you are expecting it to be. Other than this - GREAT PHONE!

Very high price, too high for what it is. Early adopters will help bring the price down, but by the time it's at a price worth buying, the competition will have it over it comfortably. People talk about Android like it's amazing, it's actually very buggy and unstable at current. The advantage is a lot more people are working on it to make it better in comparison to Symbian or Maemo. Still not my thing, I think the ui is flashy but compromises on practicality and I'm sure drains more the power than it really should. I would like to give one a go though, to test battery life, speed, bugs and get a good idea of the UI. Can never make real judgment till you've used one a month. Like the iPhone, thought it was stupid then got one used it a month and understood why it's such a good phone. When this phone hits Australia hopefully for no more than 800 ill grab one.

SE 2010, 25 Mar 2010Dude I am talking about the phones that are avialable right... morei don't know you body , but you seem not to be so aware of what's going on in the market now ... if you are rejecting an smart phone for not having a stupid flash or poor camera performance , it really shows us just one thing ... hey those who buy a phone like milestone or Nexus One or HTC desire are looking for only one thing , a fast and reliable web browser with business oriented functions. some of them prefer that their device didn't have any camera , but has a better battery life ! be careful when you are talking about samsung and take a look into their collection , they have capable phones in each category to suit everyone. BTW , I'm a HTC distributer in malaysia , my comments are not biased.

its kinda late but you gotta admit, the phone looks sexy and hot as hell. i actually like the ui. looks sleek. especially the part when you tap the infinite button and the picture of the contact kinda goes to the top part of the screen with smooth animations and you can scrooll the down part. looks hot. its currently the only android that has some serious entertainment. i actually like it.

Just in time SE, kinda left it too close for comfort!
Nexus, Desire, Legend at least they're still new and have that "added" price that comes at the start.
and now it can be a fair competition.
Please don't keep the ridiculous price SE, this baby needs to be treated rite
the SuperSonic, greatest phone ever made, the first SuperPhone

Only those who actually bought the x10 can have legit opinion, like if it is feels outdated or not. the whole experience and a lot. and if you're a just a troll, then your opinion won't matter.

Keith, 25 Mar 2010At the price this phone will be going for, it'll be a niche... moreWhere I live I can get a Motorola Milestone for about US$600.
The US$170 I saved I can get a decent Canon DC with 8GB card and a bunch of goodies.
I still can't understand why some phone lovers here place so much emphasis on a phone's camera, where they all know none of the phone's cam can match that of a DC.

SE 2010, 25 Mar 2010SE is back in the game now! And it's ready to kick as* , so... moreYou keep saying X10 is the best...best among all SE phones? No doubt.
Best among all other phones? How so? Because it charges MORE PER DOLLAR than comparable top-of-the-line phones from other makes?
Motorola Milestone runs on Android 2.1 and much faster than X10 costs US$170 LESS.
Yeah, can't beat the top PRICE on X10...

yeah, 25 Mar 2010the video on gsmblog shows it acting really slow? he sweeps... moreMy Motorola Milestone (now Android 2.1) runs just as fast and smooth as iphone, if not any faster.
Milestone costs around US$600 where I live, and here we've X10 costing US$770 running on Android 1.6 and not as smooth...
So why people keep saying X10 is the top phone right now?
