HTC are not doing they say he will do, launch a device with 5.0.1 Lollipop instead of launch with 6.0 or 6.0.1...because they say it will do updates 15 days after the NExus line get it...but in this case you are looking for a device wich probably will stay in 5.0.1 FOR EVER!
DOnt belive in your promisses HTC, you are a looser those days!
