I think this phone never launch. Fake rumors are coming on daily basis. There are too much new phone is launch in the market which is quite good as compare to MI5.

All these people commenting here about copying no one says anything when Samsung Sony Apple lg or Htc copies each other. And no one has a problem but when a Chinese brand tries to make something everyone says it is copied I don't know when people will change their mentality towards Chinese brands.

So, Xiaomi making the S7 earlier than Samsung and going to claimed they designed it first. Even the entire specs is the rather similar to the leaked S7. Same narrow home button. Same screen size. What on earth Xiaomi trying to do? Trying to get sued? But it look nice anyway. All these chinese brands have no sense of originality at all.

Well, it's nice to see that more of us now don't care if it looks like another phone's clone or not - what matters is that it performs well (hopefully this phone does).
For those who value looks above all (which is perfectly fine) - this is probably not the place to look.

Fantastic stuff cant wait to get one !! Only if face logo is centre would be perfect but thats minor and a personal preference only. So promising indeed hope the production quality is just as good.

i dnt hav any problem wid any resemblence btwn smartphones as long as dey r providing good performance and durability at a reasonable price coz der r only finite no. of places where u can place d camera, flash and sensors so at d end no smartphone will ever look totally unique.....
gone r d good old nokia days.....

They made the design features I like in Samsung and apple and Sony combined into an one masterpiece.I am really interested about this device.
The camera position is like the Sony and apple.
Hardware navigation buttons are in Samsung style.which is awesome.
Who cares even if it is copied.it is not easy to make a device nowadays which don't look different totally.
Excellent innovation by xiaomi.well done.
