For me the deciding factor will be the RAM speed. If it's LPDDR4, this is my next phone. If not I'll hold out for the LG G5.

It isn't cheap, yes - maybe 50 dollars less would help. But remember: R&D, marketing (massive), promotions (also massive), and maintenance of actual brick-and-mortar stores (plenty of them) aren't cheap, either. Oh and a bit of a profit margin.
A company like Xiaomi won't have any of those done anywhere near the scale of Samsung, and therefore can price their phones much lower.

Had a Mega 6.3 in my pocket, way too big and heavy...So A9 and 6" screen is out of question. Around 5" is perfect, and happy with my S6 edge

Antutu benchmark already show it score over 73,000 for a mere mid-ranger. The pricing is reasonable considering it have expandable storage and better camera compare to S6. Even the size is bigger. Which part of A9 need due to be price $200? That is BS.

it seems fake . you can buy the galaxy s6 with a better processor and display in the same 500$ price range. mu guess. since this is a mid range device. it will be priced around 200 - 250$.
