1. Download the USB DRIVER from here
http://www.lg.com/uk/support/support-mobile/lg-D855
2. Install and run the LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOL
3. Connect your phone to your pc via the micro usb cable you use to charge it
4. wait a few seconds
5. finally click on upgrade
6. wait for it to download, do not disconnect your G3 while its downloading and installing.

My LG G3 still on android 5.0. How can I upgrade to 6.0. Software update app still showing system is up to date. I brought my G3 in UAE and I live in India.

The process was very simple. Anyone can do that without complexity. You need to have a good speed WiFi connection or 4G data plan to make the whole process smooth and fast. Roughly one hour it should take.

My friend Samsung got marshmallow update. And sadly my LG g3 is still waiting for marshmallow OTA update. I think LG did not kept there promis and LG G3 global is just a joke. Half of the 2016 almost pass by. I will switch back to Samsung I think we should stop buying LG products in Pakistan because LG doest care for its consumer in Pak.

I tried updating my d856 with the LG Support Tool, shows no update. Any idea? I tried checking with a VPN (i live in bangladesh) and it shows software update available but gives the lgusercstool.exe has stopped working. So if anyone can help me out, please help.
