middlefinger, 05 Jan 2016have u heard of external battery packs ?????? Yeah, your phone still discharges if you make the attempt to use it while they charge. Such a bad bad solution.
5 times the bulk of an extra battery, slow to charge your phone, extra weight, tethers your phone and a second thing to not forget to charge (as if having one thing to charge was not enough).
Basically they're an abomination that exasperates the issue of mobility.

Everything sounds great - unless it means a decrease in screen to body ratio. As an S5 owner I'd personally give up the water/dust proof if my phone could be closer to an S6 in size.

middlefinger, 05 Jan 2016And its people like you who made them go for this move .. p... moreI never said that. I was always against that. Most people buy cases anyway so it doesn't matter what's underneath. "Premium materials" is such a sham, they create a subpar phone (no replaceable battery or micro-SD) like iphones, the phone of the technically challenged as I like to call it/them.

What a tremendous downgrade sealed batteries are. Phones are made for kids or gadget people these days it seems, not for actual professional use (which is more than 6 hours a day!)

LG G4 has 2900mah and has awesome battery life, thanks to its firmware. Redmi Note 2/3 has 3000/4000mah, but they cant last a day, that's why LG costs more.

Apple has been doing it since its birth and samsung, motorola, HTC, and almost everyone is joining the league. So grow up and be smart. nobody gonna give you metal/glass body with removable back cover .. thats highly impossible.

Because a dead phone is neither of those things, and I *need* to use my smartphone all day long, else it's dead weight. Stop supporting companies that dupe you by selling ""mobile devices" that are actually tethered to wall plugs for a good amount of their lifetime.

middlefinger, 05 Jan 2016Most of all premium/flagship phones will not come with repl... moreReplaceable battery was only "stupid" back when phones were not portable computers. I never used the replaceable battery feature before 2012. It only became relevant/useful only when I moved all my work to my smartphone (work emails, personal stuff, photos, credit cards).
It's *now* that replaceable batteries (infinite battery life) are more useful than ever. Am I living in the opposite world? Because your statement is *exactly* wrong. The more dependant we become to our phones, the more important replaceable batteries become, not less.

middlefinger, 04 Jan 2016replacing battery makes phone premium ?????? ... LOL then e... moreYeah, not having to charge my phone and practically infinite battery is a premium feature that $40 phones have and expensive phones don't.
Tell me what's premium in limiting your phone use when you see your battery is about to be depleted or wait for at least an hour to charge? Battery life *is* the number one issue with portable devices and a solution was found, now we regressed because people like you would buy anything that is out there.
Really it's people like you that we should be saved from.
