Bluetooth 4.0 specs get finalized, devices coming by year's end

With Bluetooth 3.0 barely out the door, the Bluetooth SIG finalized the next version - Bluetooth 4.0. It builds on the previous version, but adds a new low power mode, which can be used by watches, training equipment...

so by lunch time tomorrow we can expect Bluetooth 5 and after Dessert Bluetooth 6 shall be served

let it version 4 or 5 or 6
matter is of technology used.
but why to add blutooth hardware instead add wifi which is far superior than blutooth technology.
not to add so many components keep price down and battery up

Reminds me of the Symbian situation where Symbian 4 is supposed to come out later this year but Symbian 3 hasn't even been released yet!

Why so fast changing number?
Why not make bluetooth 3.1 or 3.5?
Sound ridiculous I not have seen bluetooth 3.0 now the 4.0 is going to appear next year lol
